We had purchased a used 2016 Tahoe.

We had purchased a used 2016 Tahoe. After about 45 days of ownership, the transmission started acting up. Unfortunately, we were passed the 30 day guarantee. We are now stuck with a faulty overpriced vehicle. I tried to call and sort something out and was told that they couldn't do anything. We had purchased the GAP insurance. During the refinancing of the vehicle (to lower the interest), we decided to no remove that. We were promised a full refund...... we never received it!!! We have been given the run around with the dealership. We have called so many times to get this resolved and have been ignored or the issue has been pawned off on someone else. I feel like we have been completely swindled. Save yourself from having similar issues and avoid this place.

I recently purchased a 2025 Traverse RS from Brian Crunican, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Brian was professional and knowledgeable. A friend of mine referred me to Don and Ron Westphal

A friend of mine referred me to Don and Ron Westphal Chevrolet. He did not know I was coming ahead of time and upon arrival I asked for Don. It was pretty late on a Saturday and he stayed late to answer all of my questions. We even took a test ride. I am happy to say one week later I came home with a new truck. Thank you, Don. I appreciate everything you did and the patience you had during this process..

Dan, my Salesperson, explained features, model differences, and alternatives all the while listening closely to what I thought I wanted. What I thought I wanted to test drive and buy was not what I was ultimately happy with. Joe, Sales Manager, was also awesome 👌 to work with.

Snuck in extra items I had declined to get

I bought a vehicle from them and they tried to sell me a ceramic coating for $1700 I declined a few times and they finally gave up. When everything was ready to sign they rushed me through the steps and out the door. I know it was dumb of me to not read over everything but I simply trusted them and I was excited to finally get my dream car. a few weeks later I'm looking over the paperwork again only to realize they snuck in the $1700 coating I'm very disappointed as this tainted the whole experience of buying my dream car and now I can't get over the feeling of being taken advantage of

Great experience.

The salesman Danny assisted us through the entire process. Never felt pressured. Very helpful and Knowledgeable and provided options as requested. All of the personnel that I worked with were courteous and helpful.
