I had a great experience with Ron Chevrolet! Bryce, my sales agent was a genuine down to earth guy. He made the car buying experience super easy and was very personable! His boss, was very transparent with us and even showed us the numbers on the truck from his end to show us what he was working with, to ensure us as customers, that he was not trying to just get money out of us. He made sure to go out of his way to be truthful and honest about the numbers. No other dealer has ever done that and I appreciate the honesty! This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when going to a dealership and I highly recommend going to Ron Westphal Chevrolet! Thank you Bryce!

The sales consultant Jesse Sanchez was excellent He made it a smooth sales transaction. The general manager was less to be desired. Arrogant and condescending during the negotiation of the new vehicle and the trade in value.

Crystal Magana responded immediately provided me all the info I requested. Because I was a good distance from the store, I didnt really want to travel back. Crystal was outstanding getting all the paper work done and drove over an hour with a porter to deliver the car to me and sign the paperwork. Really tremendous customer experience. She is a keeper!
