Even on his days off, he responded to my messages and spent a lot of time working with me. After I took possession of the car, he continued to follow-up with me, responding promptly to my messages and continuing to address my concerns in a caring and professional way. The sales consultant Jesse Sanchez was excellent He made it a smooth sales transaction. The general manager was less to be desired. Arrogant and condescending during the negotiation of the new vehicle and the trade in value.
