Salesperson, Michael Covone, went above and beyond to help me through the entire process of obtaining my new Corvette. Even on his days off, he responded to my messages and spent a lot of time working with me. After I took possession of the car, he continued to follow-up with me, responding promptly to my messages and continuing to address my concerns in a caring and professional way. Everyone I talked to at Ron Westphal Chevrolet in Aurora was friendly and helpful.

The sales consultant Jesse Sanchez was excellent He made it a smooth sales transaction. The general manager was less to be desired. Arrogant and condescending during the negotiation of the new vehicle and the trade in value.

Service department ( Rick ) always takes good care of me! Purchased HHR new their in July of 2007 and have had all service done at Westphal.

Crystal helped me out and she was amazing. Showed me all the features of the car and everything was very informative. Process was smooth as well. Crystal aka ?lil Becky G? is the sales associate to ask for when you shop here.

Everything went well, and we're happy with our new Equinox. The car was ready for pickup on the date and time, as promised, and it didn't take long to get the paperwork done. Our salesman, MIKE C. was great!

Well, I was a little frustrated at first due to this being a reoccurring problem. However, Rick Kruse in the service department took care of the problem quickly and communicated with me through the process. I recently purchased a 2025 Traverse RS from Brian Crunican, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Brian was professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that I had all the information I needed to make the best decision. He was friendly and helpful by taking the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain all the technology in the vehicle. He even helped set up features like Super Cruise, making sure I felt comfortable and confident using them before I drove off the lot. What I appreciated most about Brian was his honesty and transparency. He walked me through all the details, ensuring there were no surprises along the way. The entire process was smooth and stress-free as he made everything easy to understand. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable salesperson, I highly recommend Brian—he truly goes above and beyond for his customers!

Great experience! Brian was honest and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure the purchase went well. Brian listed to what I was looking for and didn't add any extras on my deal without my knowledge.
