The salesman, John Baertschi, was very knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle. That made it easy for me to be confident that I had selected a vehicle that would meet my needs. He also showed me the CarFax report and went over it with me line by line. It is nice to know that the vehicle I purchased has never been in an accident and that the maintenance has been performed. I also like the way that Grogan's posts their vehicles on their website with a good description and photos and at a competitive price. Then when you get to the dealership; that vehicle is there exactly as described & priced. None of that shady bait & switch nonsense. After John helped me pick out my vehicle; he sent me to Bre Suwinki in the finance department. She was quickly able to find me low rate financing at a local bank. She was also able to connect me with and extended bumper to bumper warranty that will still be covering the vehicle after the last payment has been made. In conclusion, I will say this: I am a middle aged guy who has been driving over 30 years. I have purchased several vehicles during that time. This is the most pleasant and transparent transaction I have ever had.

Found an ultra low mileage vehicle at a great price. Free auto history included. The process was quick and there were no surprises. Very positive experience. Only downside was that this survey did not let me check the actual vehicle make, "Mini."

Jim is awesome all around. He was helpful and understanding on what I needed and also what I didn't. I had went to several other dealerships and was not taken seriously or given chance to test drive cars myself. Jim knew I was interested in the Taurus and without any issues I was able to have that car for test driving the whole weekend. He was professional but also personable and also never tried to sway me away from what I needed.
