It's great not having to wait to talk to a Service Manager. The group at Wareham Ford all work together. They know their customers and strive to meet or exceed their demands.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The car was in for an oil change and tires. Three hours did seem a long time, but that's what I was told when I arrived, and that's what it was. If I'd been given a specific time when I made the appointment, perhaps the time could have been shorter?? Also, the waiting area was at max capacity--more chairs might have been good.

Thank you for continuing your excellent service on both my 2009 E350 Van and my 2000 Mercury Sable Wagon. I plan to keep the Sable for many more years to come and your dedication will help make that possible.

I was at my Dealers because of a "ReCall". Their service is excellent. I have a Ford Fusion at this point in time, and it is the third vehicle I have purchased at Wareham Ford.
