I worked with the manager, Bob. He was very helpful in explaining about insurance information and what to expect for expenses. I was pleasantly pleased at the repair outcome. Bob also went above and beyond when he personally shuttled me home when I dropped off my vehicle. Excellent service.

Love going to Wareham Ford, the always have my back and take care of things right away. The service Dept is top notch, Keith in service always helps me out when I need it. I will always go to Wareham Ford When I'm looking to trade in my Vehicle my Friend Jim Nunes is my Goto salesman

I received my 2026 Ford F150 in less than pristine condition. It was dirty inside, had not been thoroughly cleaned or vacuumed. The dealership needs to improve in this area. I would give this area of the dealership a one star rating. My salesman Paul Tanner was excellent. He is friendly, knowledgeable and will go out of his way to work with you. I give him a 5 Star rating.

Very professional and especially accommodating. Keith kept me up to date with the progress and offered a loner car if and when I needed transportation.

The service needed was done on the scheduled day and was done correctly. Communication with service advisor Keith was clear and easily understood.

Recently I made an appointment for an oil change as I have used them before. The female associate that checked me in was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Perhaps she was having a bad morning. However the rest of the staff was outstanding. In the past years I have tried buying a vehicle on two separate occasions and each time staff was pleasant. Each time I asked for a discount or expressed look for special color and each time I walked away disappointed. Ultimately purchasing that following week each time elsewhere.
