Wonderful experience buying through sterling Chevy. Easy to work with, straight to the point, and communication is top notch! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Worth the 2 hour drive to get my 2020 Jeep!

Rocky!

I am searching for a well used SUV. Though I live on the East Coast my search somehow took me to Sterling Chevrolet. Rocky, the Sterling representative, is terrific providing me with all the information that I would need to make a purchase at this distance. Well almost, as I haven't yet bought a car but am closing in on it.

2012 Chevy Impala

Great experience. They were very professional & courteous to me at Sterling Chevrolet. My repairs were all explained to me before the work was done. They finished the work on time. Jeff, Julie, & Walt were great people. I recommend their work & service to everyone.

Dont do it

no personality people are not friendly what a dark gray place hat going there only go 4 oil change if I have to try not. would be more fun to jump in front of a bus.

Amazing Customer Service For Web Buyers

This dealership, especially Rocky, is very responsive to Internet requests. While I did not end up buying the vehicle from them, Rocky was very helpful, even going out and taking pictures of the truck, driving it, and giving me some information on the mechanical condition of the truck. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle based primarily on the distance from home but I would recommend contacting them if you are interested in something on their lot.

Worth the 70 mile drive!

Jason Hoffman was awesome! I just purchased a car here and it was a great experience. No pressure and they made a deal with me without seeing my trade in. Also they were very understanding when I couldn't pick up the car when I was supposed to due to a family emergency. When I did go back to pick up my new car everything went smoothly and they gave me the exact amount quoted for my trade in. Can't get any more trustworthy than that! I would surely recommend Sterling Chevrolet to my family and friends. Thank-you Jason! I love my new car!!! It sure was worth the 70 mile drive!
