Bad customer service
So my girlfriend went in because she was told she was approved for a loan when it was not true went in with fair credit and they still would not help her get a car took 1 and a half hours to finally tell her no we can't when they advertise credit is not a problem also the kunes in mount carroll pulled some crap on us too never buy a car their we went to a different car dealer and we now have a beautiful car 🚗

We're very sorry for your experience. Credit challenges are difficult, and we most certainly would have had a general approval for you. The trick is then to match the vehicle that the bank will fund for you at favorable terms. We're very glad you were able to get a vehicle, and sorry we couldn't help you.
Pleasant Car Shopping Experience
I have bought two cars from this Kunes dealership in the last year. My salesman Tom is absolutely fantastic and has known what I?m looking for vehicle wise and price/payment wise and has met those needs each time good dealership, and a rare great car salesman. WONDERFUL COMPANY
CHRIS WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL WALKING US THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF BUYING NEW FORD RANDER. EVERYONE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND VERY POLITE. WE FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH THE TEAM AT KUNES. WILL BUY THERE AGAIN WHEN TIME COMES FOR NEXT VEHICLE. Not a good experience with service. Had a key made and...
Not a good experience with service. Had a key made and reprogrammed due to a key that got stolen. Was told that reprogramming key would prevent the floating key from disabling the alarm or start the car. Car was stolen a week later. Dealer tone changed, and advised me that thieves can still get in the car and start it with "software". Does not sound like a good safety measure. Wasted a few hundred dollars for an extra key made.

Terrible Experience - BUYER BEWARE
I am NOT very happy about my experience with this dealer - while I was there (for a sales appt to buy a used vehicle) I was bounced back and forth to the waiting room so that the sales rep could sell to other customers at the same time. Additionally, I was charged fees that I did NOT agree upon by the finance department. Fast forward 2 weeks after purchase - part of the car breaks and when I call to ask about repair I am told "once you leave the lot it's yours..." I will NOT be coming here again

Great experience
We have bought 4 vehicles from Kunes and 2 of those were from Sedrick. The most recent being for our daughter. He wasn?t pushy and was straight forward which we appreciate. It was a great experience and I highly recommend him and Kunes

Recent purchase of a car. 2019 Ford Taurus Limited
Flew out from Ada, Oklahoma and purchased a 2019 Ford Taurus from Roman Diaz and also Brian Bohm gave us some assistance. I was really impressed with how easy everything transpired.
