Appointment time was at 10am.

Appointment time was at 10am. Dropped it off and called back 4 hours later and still have not pulled it into the garage. Not professional. Very disappointed with the service

I?ve been working with Jones Chevrolet for approximately 12 years. I?ve always been treated fantastically. I have my vehicles serviced there regularly and have never had a problem!!! I also get my bodywork done there as well. Once again I?ve never had an inkling of a problem. Good people the whole way around!!! Thanks Tim McLaughlin

Horribly Disappointed

I purchased a vehicle from Jones Chevrolet in Warren PA and had the WORST car buying experience I've ever had (and Im 53) I was mislead by the salesman who DIDNOT disclose all the problems with the vehicle. The check engine light was on when I took deliver of the vehicle. I called the next day to return the vehicle (PA law allows three days) I was ignored and offered multiple other solutions…non of which worked. More disappointing is that the manager and dealer Owner Brent Jones won't return a call, and that the salesman would text rather than call most of the time to avoid having to deal with the problem (I told him IN A TEXT) that I didn't want to text. Now it seems that I am stuck with a vehicle that I don't want. Buyer beware….Jones may seem like a small town dealer, but remember wolves live in the woods!!!

Very easy to make appointment promptly and always done with any service when they say they're going to be. They would do anything for the customer.

Great customer service

I loved the idea of driving into the building and not having to walk in the bad weather very clean. The customer service was spot on he was very accommodating.

Body shop repair

Long story short my car was damaged and repair was not not completed correctly now 5 months after the repair my cars paint is blistered. The best part is when I contacted the owner (by email)the day after I picked up my car I didn't receive a response for 2 weeks until I re-emailed the owner. Thanks to Jones I spent over $900.00 to have my car look more damaged than it did when I dropped it off for repairs.
