My experience with a Salesman A salesperson named Ray the

My experience with a Salesman A salesperson named Ray the finance manager and the general sales manager Allen McDonald were very poor they got me in their office and basically told me this was a good deal to get this car the influenced me by intimidation and the vehicle that they sold me they the vehicle was a salvage vehicle they told me it was owned by one owner the vehicle had many problems including serious rust on the rocker panels a front end problem that shakes whenever you drive on the road I brought my vehicle back there several times to be fixed and the service people were great the service people and the service manager were great and helping me out but the sales manager the salesperson and the finance manager were very sneaky and how they lied to me about the car and told me it was one older car I found pine needles everywhere in the car which I figured out Windows must have been broken and that's how all the pine needles got in the car the car is in very bad shape for a 2012 Ford Fusion I call Ford confusion they lied to me throughout the whole sales part I suffer from disabilities and I feel they took advantage of me and they are not coming through to fix the problems with the car and again I say the service department and the service manager were great the salesperson the sales manager and the finance manager or sneaky like people in a back alley

The folks at Ray Seraphin Ford were very friendly and We felt no pressure with the purchase of our new 2023 Ford Explorer. Jason was extremely helpful in explaining how to select our extended coverages i.e. warranty and prepaid maintenance. Our transaction went very smoothly from trading to financing to delivery of our car

Ordered a new vehicle thru Ray Seraphin.

Ordered a new vehicle thru Ray Seraphin. It was an X plan purchase. The process could not have been any easier. All transactions were done without any drama. I was promptly notified when the vehicle arrived and took delivery the same day. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely use Ray Seraphin again if I were in the market for a Ford Vehicle.

Love the car I purchased at Ray Seraphin Ford.

Love the car I purchased at Ray Seraphin Ford. It is a very nice Subaru and I am so far enjoying it. Lots of bells and whistles on it too. Still learing about it. Got the book! I had a very patient wonderful salesman, Ray, He is wonderful. He worked with me and understood what I needed. I would definintely purchase again from this wonderful salesman.

Bought a 54K Bronco which was over MSRP (I learned later

Bought a 54K Bronco which was over MSRP (I learned later dealerships are not allowed-to sell over MSRP) and 2 weeks later they call me up for more money saying they didn't charge enough on a "hidden fee" after they promised all fees are cover regardless if they are over or under. Lastly if i dont pay this fee they wont give me my plates.

Used car broke down first week

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Look at lynch Toyota or balise Toyota for reliable and honest cars. Recently bought a used car at ray seraphin ford. Within the first week, it broke down and needed to be towed after I was on the highway… it was terrifying. I believe that they knowingly sold us a car with transmission problems. They added a module to the car to “fix” the problem but the car keeps jumping and at this point will probably break down again. I have never had any issues with other dealerships. I recommend lynch Toyota in Manchester and balise Toyota in Massachusetts. I have bought numerous new cars at balise with excellent service and traded in a car for a used one at lynch Toyota and have never have a problem with it. I also had my cars serviced at lynch Toyota and they are transparent and fair. I only buy cars from dealerships because I thought that they at least have integrity. Not here at ray seraphin ford. Waiting for this car to keep breaking down while they have me for a car note. Please take your business elsewhere by learning from my mistake. Your time and wallet will thank you for it.
