DO NOT RECOMMEND! Look at lynch Toyota or balise Toyota for reliable and honest cars. Recently bought a used car at ray seraphin ford. Within the first week, it broke down and needed to be towed after I was on the highway… it was terrifying. I believe that they knowingly sold us a car with transmission problems. They added a module to the car to “fix” the problem but the car keeps jumping and at this point will probably break down again. I have never had any issues with other dealerships. I recommend lynch Toyota in Manchester and balise Toyota in Massachusetts. I have bought numerous new cars at balise with excellent service and traded in a car for a used one at lynch Toyota and have never have a problem with it. I also had my cars serviced at lynch Toyota and they are transparent and fair. I only buy cars from dealerships because I thought that they at least have integrity. Not here at ray seraphin ford. Waiting for this car to keep breaking down while they have me for a car note. Please take your business elsewhere by learning from my mistake. Your time and wallet will thank you for it.

Very happy first time new car buyer
Everyone was very helpful and friendly . I originally went in a Monday to look at cars and drive away Tuesday in a 2022 Ford Escape with 5 miles on it . Very happy and will gladly refer friends and family to go there !!!

Wasted 6 weeks of my time.
Worst experience I have ever had with a shop in my life, and I worked at shops and know how they should operate. I made an appointment that was 4 weeks out, I dropped my truck off for my appointment, she calls me and tells me the diagnostic of what seemed like someone else's vehicle, i did not bring my truck for diagnostics i brought my truck to have performance parts put in, this is a very straight forward job.. I figured she was going to call me back that day for my quote, she did not. My truck sat in the same spot for 11 days untouched with absolutely no communication at all, I was calling to figure out what was going on and they just kept telling me someone would call me back, nobody ever did. They did not even want to acknowledge me until I said I was getting pissed off about how I'm being treated, they then tell me to wait longer for my quote... At this point I'm over it, I need a vehicle to drive not sit there for days untouched. I call Ashley and just tell her I want my truck back and she started getting a tone with me, so I gave her one back, she then tells me its not her problem that i had to wait 4 weeks for this appointment! customer service is her job and she can't even do it correctly. I go to pick my truck up and surprise! Its blocked in by a superduty. I called another dealership and told them what happened and they already knew about the BS this place pulls, they told me to never go to ray seraphin ford. It blows my mind that someone actually put their legal name on the side of the building and they are proud of it. This place is a blemish to the town of vernon and ford! They do not value customers here, especially ones ready to dump 3 grand on labor. Now that poor tech lost a good paycheck because Ashley can't do and keep up with her xxxx job. The place is a total run down dump too, I felt like I needed to shower after picking my keys up.

No consideration
No synergy at the Dealership... Said they needed my wives car for 1.5 days...no offer of loaner so my wife took 2 days off from work- ( Warranty work keep in mind ) They started late and pushed it to a 3rd day...causing my wife to take another day off from work. I have been there 3x to get something fixed on my Taurus and they keep getting the wrong Part. I'm at their mercy now....when the warranty time is over on both cars I won't be back-

Service on my Ford Escape
I was greeted by Ashley M. (my service coordinator). She was friendly and cordial. She went over the work to be performed, I signed the work order, and went to Serafin's comfortable waiting area. My oil change and multi-point inspection were done in a reasonable amount of time. I did have a concern about my fuel range indicator, which I told Ashley about. My paperwork stated that the technician either could not find the code for this, or didn't find any error. Either way, my vehicle still misrepresents the correct fuel usage on the range, so the problem was not taken care of.
