With the help of Craig Squires and the Midtown Motors team, I was able to purchase my 2018 Ford Edge. They are great to work with and friendly. No pressure sales pitch. Craig was very helpful answering question. The Edge was detailed perfect, not a speck of dirt when I picked it up yesterday. I shopped around and Midtown prices for a lower mileage used vehicle beat out everyone else and they have a big selection to choose from. I recommend them 100 percent.

BUYER BEWARE! One of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had! On the weekend of June 28.I found a vehicle on CarGurus. I submitted an inquiry for it and was contacted on July 1st by a salesman Clayton Hesch. I proceeded to ask him questions about the vehicle and the history of it which he assured me it had a clean title and provided me the autocheck. I was in contact with him for a week about this vehicle. Due to the dealership being over a 3 hour drive I set up an appointment for Saturday July 6th. I made the drive to the dealership test drove the vehicle looked it over and decided I was going to purchase. I had all the needed paperwork filled out and checks written out when the salesman and financial manager came out and disclosed that this vehicle was actually a lemon. Knowing the bank I’m financing through won’t accept it being a branded title they insisted on running me through there system which I refused because I did not want to buy a lemon. Now even though autocheck said the title was clear I have documentation from the manager with a date the paperwork was done disclosing this vehicle was a lemon when they purchased it at auction on 6/20/2019. I also decided to purchase the Carfax for this vehicle to double check and Carfax shows that this vehicle was a manufacturer buyback and was disclosed on 6/20/2019. I feel like I was fraudulently mislead on this deal because they knew I was coming from a far distance and could possibly persuade me on a deal despite the fact the vehicle was lemon. I was not even offered any compensation due the long drive I had to the dealership and have not heard from them since. STAY AWAY!

Everyone there was extraordinarily awesome. I love my new Ford Fiesta and I am sad this will be the last one I will be able to buy. It is a perfect little car for a Nana.
