I can't tell you how hard everyone at Midtown works to make sure that their customers are treated well. They are a true team that works together to make your buying/service experience as good as possible.

Had a normal LOF done the work was done pretty quickly. Everything was fine except that for the second time in six months, they told me my wheels were out of line. Car is one year old. On the first visit, the alignment was complimentary. This visit would have cost me $75. I will have the alignment checked again by another service center to verify.

Love my new Escape and the way everything was explained to me! Lots of technology to get used to, it it will be fun learning.
