We met with Steve Weir. He was courteous and helpful, a true professional. He listened to our needs / questions and gave straightforward answers. We learned much. I found the pricing to be reasonable. In short, it was a good experience, far different that the “hard push” so common in today’s dealerships.

The problem still exists with no idea how to fix it.
The problem still exists with no idea how to fix it. Claims Ford does not have fix.How difficult is it to replace backup camera so it works like the ones in other Ford products? Very disappointing

As we discussed when you came here Ford is working on a fix and has given advanced notice that they understand there is a problem and are working on a fix. There isn't much I can do because replacing the camera might not be the solution so I have to go based on what Ford says. I apologize for the inconvenience but I am at their mercy.
