Friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure to buy
Stopped in to Brad Manning Ford to test drive a few vehicles that we have been considering. While we still haven't made a decision we know that this is where we will buy our next vehicle. Their Sales Representative Dean Tewksbury was and has been very patient with our questions and is extremely knowledgeable about the Ford vehicles. Went in for an oil change, left in a 2017 Mustang!
On 6/17/17 I stopped in to Brad Manning Ford for an oil change, and to have my check engine light checked. While I was waiting for my diagnostics to come back, I test drove two 2017 Mustangs they had on the lot. When I was generally asked how I liked the car, I told the salesman Eric, that I loved it and asked him to run the numbers for me. Not one ounce of pressure by the sales team. They simply answered all the questions I had about the car and gave me quite the education as well. I wish that I could adequately explain how the transaction came about because by the end I was seriously thinking of trading in my 2014 Ford Edge Limited. A decision I made, with no pressure and have not one regret for it. Fast forward a couple of hours. Paperwork signed, allowing me to drive off in my Brand New PONY. I was amazed at how simple the process was and how well I was treated. Our 2014 Ford Edge was purchased and maintained at Brad Manning. I cannot tell you how shocked I was at the value that was given for the trade in. I have to say that we pride ourselves on buying local and being loyal patrons in any market. What has impressed me most is that Brad Manning is just as loyal to their customers in return. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Brad Manning in the past three years. (think kids) We always feel safe and more importantly RESPECTED, regardless the reason we are there. Be it maintenance, window shopping or actually purchasing. I cannot recommend this team enough or say enough good things about them. Please, trust me and know that you can trust them.
