Don’t believe all these fake reviews

Don’t believe all these fake reviews. Brought my 2013 Legacy in for a transmission service. They wouldn’t service the transmission because they know they have issues with their CTV transmission. Third diagnosis driving itWas that I need a new transmission. They wouldn’t even let me talk to a service manager. If you have a car over 100,000 miles all they wanna do is sell you a new one

Disappointed

It’s the Ruges Ford, Where nightmare was.1 year of constant issues of skylight in my 2014 explorer.I had warranty and paid deductible on skylight motor.Problem never fixed.Vehicle left in lot not covered resulted in vehicle being totaled by insurance company for flood damage.So it cost me Deductible I paid for skylight motor.Never worked + $500.00 deductible I paid when they totaled vehicle.Vehicle spent months at Rhinebeck when you add all the times it was brought in for the repeated problems and water damage created.I myself, my 9 children and 16 grandchildren have only purchased vehicles from Rhinebeck Ford.Deeply disappointing how badly the issue was handled.It was sad to see my Explorer be Totaled,We are without a good vehicle. This is wrong.Ruges should at least refund the deductible that I paid on my warranty for a skylight motor that never worked And also the $500.00 dollar deductible paid to Insurance company when they totaled vehicle.John from service told me that they would cover the deductible.We were lied to and I can provide all the documentation and proof of what was said.I also know people who purchased Suburus from the Rhinebeck Ruges, Thankfully a friend gave me a older one that they no longer used when they realized how we were treated by the Rhinebeck Ford..

Ruge’s Rocks : )

Can’t ask for better service and such friendly people who work there. Service dept. was great. Went to get car inspected, back up camera fixed and gas seal fixed on the car. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They are the best.

Everyone in Rhinebeck knows Ruge’s and also knows they are the best. They sell and service several makes and models, including my 2019 Ford Edge ST which is by far the best car I have ever owned.
