Comment on a recent service

This is a very professional dealership, yet very inviting and friendly. This was my first visit for service, and I will be back. Duane was a real pleasure to work with, and my Subaru never had such a comprehensive checkup. Thank you!

Sketchiest dealer I've ever experienced

I called yesterday to make an appointment to test and purchase a used car (NYS COVID-19 guidelines for dealerships). I took the day off from work, paid my mechanic to accompany me on the trip, and drove almost 6 hours to the dealership. I expressed that I was a very motivated buyer and confirmed that we were still on for the appointment 2 hours prior. My mechanic reviewed the vehicle listing during our drive and found that the price had been raised $650 overnight. Despite this being unusual, we decided to view the vehicle anyway since we had documentation of the original price. The salesman called 25 minutes before my appointment. They claimed they had sold the vehicle to someone that "walked off the street". Yet, it's still listed on their website and all other online marketplaces. I told them I was upset that I had put so much time and money into the trip, they knew I was a motivated buyer and that I was traveling from a far distance. Their response was to laugh at me and say "that's how car sales business works". No, an ethical business would have prioritized the customer and informed me prior to their sale, offering me the ability to put a deposit down before I could get to the dealership. I left at 5am and will be back home at 6:30pm. AVOID this deceitful business at all costs.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

Reached out to these guys for a new truck. Talked numbers. They basically had my business. Then i asked 2 simple questions and boom they completely blew me off and after dealing with them for 2 weeks. I reached out again with multiple texts with no response. I emailed them asking them what was going on and still no response to this day. If you are looking for a new car shop somewhere else. They will dangle a deal in your face just to ignore you after waisting your time. Keep blowing me off ruges i will continue to write reviews for you guys.

Having your car serviced at the dealership

The service writers are actually your friends if you listen to them. The mechanics are very good and find trouble spots that need attention. It is your decision after all, listen and make the right one.

My new Forester XT touring

Was shopping for a Forester base but ended up with a Forester XT touring instead. Jennifer Mears was great she got me a great price and gave me an extensive test drive. Paul was very meticulous about the warranty and helpful add ons. I got the 0% financing. I wanted more on my trade but they will work with you! Great neighborhood too very nostalgic with great restaurants.
