It is always a pleasure to go to Bob Ferrando Ford as it is my favorite dealership, the one where I do 95% of my automobile business. I have purchased several vehicles from them and the sales experience is always 5 stars. The service department is a well run machine under the direction of John Barney, efficient, professional and always on time. Every employee at Bob Ferrando Ford stands out on their own and make an exceptional team. Hats off to Arlen Bird for taking such good care of my most recent service visit and I could not have been more pleased with the level of service and care my Ford Escape received.

Needed an oil change and he asked if I wanted everything checked. I said yes! Arlen is a very nice and friendly person. Work was done quickly and I was notified as soon as it was completed.
