I was very thankful that the flat tire could be repaired

I was very thankful that the flat tire could be repaired at a reasonable charge. All of the 3 other tires were also low. Now I have good AWD traction back!

Wouldn’t even help with replacing the defective seatbelt

Wouldn’t even help with replacing the defective seatbelt Submitted but could have stated the dealership could help somehow after spending over $100.000 this year 2024. Will not give dealer any more of our business. And most likely never buy a ford again!!!

We are sorry to hear that you will no longer come to the dealership over your seatbelt issue. As we let you know before we submitted your warranty claim to Ford, animal damage (dog) is not covered under a vehicle warranty. When you brought the vehicle back for us to look at the four out of five chewed-up seatbelts we also noticed the area behind your back seat and the very chewed up items including a storage area protector. As we let you know, this type of damage is normally covered under your vehicles comprehensive policy as rodent damage is. As we suggested, you can talk to you insurance company and let the adjuster give you his opinion on what happened. We are sorry we are losing you as a customer due to an easy insurance fix and your dog. We appreciate you and your business and hope this changes.

I have been dealing with this dealership for over 30

I have been dealing with this dealership for over 30 years and another 25 before that my father dealt with this dealership. We are a Ford family. I personally have purchased 4 new vehicles over the years and they have been outstanding in dependability. The last sale for me was in September 2024 and I purchased a 2024 Bronco Big Bend. It is a great vehicle. This past year we had over 4 feet of snow and the Bronco walked through it. I appreciate the sales staff of Shawn Haas and Todd Kroh. The service manager of John Barney and his associates are top notch. SO over all: Sales, service and a dependable product makes Fernando Ford the best. Still want to meet Bob Jr. someday.
