We were so tickled with our new car buying experience again at Norfolk Auto Center! Everyone is so friendly and professional, they know how to treat their customers! Jamie was the tops, this is the 3rd vehicle we bought from him since 2014 and loved them all! We were completely satisfied and will tell our family and friends to stop in and visit Norfolk Auto Center if they need a new vehicle, it will be time well spent!

I was coming from North Platte which was about 4 hours away. We had already got the financing out of the way because they knew I lived a distance. I told them as long as the car ran and looked decent, I would sign the papers. The first thing they show me when I get there is the tailgate latch doesn't work, the windshield was cracked way worse than what I was told, and the tires were almost bald. I took it for a test drive and the automatic sunroof, once opened, didn't close and the avalanche shook when I hit 70 mph. None of this was mentioned over the 2 weeks I was in contact with them. I didn't think it would even get me back home. I cant believe they even showed me the avalanche in that condition!
