Did not explain or for warn us about the almost double

Did not explain or for warn us about the almost double from estimated cost for repairs. From an initial $400 estimate to a $700+ bill we received no explanation.

Brandon was very helpful with the process of looking at, buying, and finishing up the sale. Christian in the service center has been doing a good job at getting our vehicle looked at and trying to get it fixed. I would recommend everyone to shop here and go through Brandon. Excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!

Salesman were great until , I challenged them about the

Salesman were great until , I challenged them about the mrsp on my car , same with all the add on, then their whole demeanor changed including their voice , plus they lied about my credit , cuz I knew my credit score b4 going in there , then they said my credit was lower than what it was , just so I got charged more , and instead of helping me go through a credit union ,they put me with a bank that dinged my credit even more and charged me a higher interest than they should have .....highly recommend going elsewhere...there motto is to get u in a car that will cost u more than it should so that it can fill there pockets....

Took my sons car there January 14 2024.

Took my sons car there January 14 2024. 6 weeks later told it was ready got car no oil or coolant in the motor, broken pieces under hood . To make this shorter it is March 14 2024 received a call to get my car or police would be called. Incharge Tyler could not be any more rude and unprofessional about all of this. So much more to this situation but you all can get the point. This is why Omaha is the only place to go !!

Warranty work

They were prompt to respond when I suspected an issue. They diagnosed and confirmed it. Set me up with a loaner to take home, as the repair was going to take a few days. I've had other experiences just like this with them in the past for other vehicles and warranty work, always the same great response.
