They told me that my Jeep had a 2k bumper to bumper...
They told me that my Jeep had a 2k bumper to bumper warranty. Now I have 1,200$ in a bill for my struts. They don’t stand behind there warranty. There is still a bad vibration in my steering wheel. I’ll never be at another McGrath lot again, I’ll never buy from them again.

Braden and finance team was awesome.
When I dealt with McGrath the first time it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. This time I was reluctant to come back. I met Braden and he asked if he could try to redeem McGrath from the experience I had before. I was skeptical but decided to give Braden a chance. Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. When I showed up for the test drive he was courteous, honest, and answered everyone of my questions. He truly showed me that not all car buying experiences are bad. I've been to alot of dealers in my life and Braden outshines all the other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. They should all take lessons from this young man. So if and when I decide to get another vehicle I hope Braden is still there and I your looking as for him he will not disappoint you along with the finance team. Very good experience.

I cannot say enough good things about your Service Dept! Stephen Nicholson has been my primary contact person, and always listens to my concerns. If I have a serious driving issue, Stephen always gets my Cherokee in to check it out. My last visit was due to a Recall Notice to update computer programing and an oil change. Stephen had convinced me to save money with your prepay oil plan, which made this service already paid for, and a free one on my next oil change.

Stephen Nicholson in the Service Department is a big reason I keep coming back - being treated well means everything when you need service. Both my wife and I drive Jeeps and will be upgrading to other cars shortly. After we discussed the service department and Stephen, we decided we will be sticking with driving new Jeeps

We bought a Chrysler Town & Country here on March 30th,...
We bought a Chrysler Town & Country here on March 30th, 2021. On our final test drive before signing all the paperwork, the engine light came on. They tested it and found it needed a new transmission. McGrath paid for it of course, but it delayed us taking possession of the van by a week. Fast forward to April 13th and the van will only rev when I give it gas, stranding me with my kids. We had it towed to McGrath and lo and behold, it needed a SECOND TRANSMISSION. They said the one they put in less than 2 weeks prior was faulty. So we were without our primary vehicle for another full week. I had to call to get updates as no one reached out. About a week ago, the air conditioning stopped working. We took it in, and they found it was low on refrigerant, the rear ac line and rear evaporator were leaking, and the ac lines were seized to the evaporator. We bought the extended warranty for $2250 at the time of purchase and they told us it wouldn't cover replacing the lines (even though we were told it covered everything bumper-to-bumper), so it would cost us $1400. We were beyond frustrated, so we told them not to fix it; we were going to cancel the warranty and trade the van in elsewhere. Their response? "That sucks." No trying to make it right at all. And we were charged $268 for them to recharge the AC, which they said would last "a day, a week, a month, we don't know". It's been an absolutely awful experience and we will make SURE we tell EVERYONE we know in the market for a vehicle to avoid this dealership.
