ABOVE AND BEYOND......

I was searching for a full size SUV with 3rd row seating after stopping at Pat McGrath dodge country and working with Cameron and the finance department they went above and beyond and showed me many different SUVs even though the one I chose was on one of their other lots Cameron wasted no time getting it to dodge country and began to work with me on price and financing and was very easy to deal with Pat McGrath sales team and financial department is top notch at dodge country and would recommend anyone stop by when looking for any vehicle does not necessarily have to be a Dodge as I bought a GMC Yukon Denali that was transferred from one of their other lots to dodge country

Made the Right Decision Going to Pat McGrath

We snagged an immaculate 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in perfect condition. You would think it was brand new. We knew as soon as the test drive was over that we had to have it. The loan processing was about normal time and we were given several options. The only fly in the ointment was that the online advertised monthly payment and the final hard number offered were about 100 difference. Now for our service experience. We had to make an appointment with Ben Davis to get the vehicle undercoated. While we were only supplied with one vehicle key, I asked our salesman, Kurtis Smith, if we could have another key programmed during this service call. He had no problem and no hesitation agreeing with us. We got the vehicle undercoated, an extra key programmed, and a rear backup lamp bulb replaced during our service appointment. I would highly recommend Pat McGrath Dodge country for a pleasant buying experience all around.

Great experience!

It was the first time that I have ever leased a vehicle and everyone from the sales guy to the finance guy made sure that I was satisfied and understood everything!! Would definitely buy/lease from here again!

Geat Service Returned customer

Great experience!!

Jeff Moss did an outstanding job of taking his time and helping me find the best vehicle for the best price! He spent a great deal of time with me showing me every possible option within my budget and particular wants and needs. Justin Bergmann also went above and beyond in customer satisfaction and standing behind his word. Thank you both for making me feel comfortable, satisfied with my purchase and that I can trust that I got the best deal possible! I'll definitely be back and recommend Pat McGrath Dodge Country.

N0 Hassle Sale

Jeff, the salesman was great. I knew which vehicle I wanted and after negotiating the price I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. The next used car I purchase I will request Jeff Moss.

Slow...bad..horrible

Oil change & tire rotation took 1hr & 20min..I could see it out the window..Done for 5min of that..Frustrating after waiting that long. Thought maybe they were washing it or vacuming it..Only has 7500miles. Guy that checked me in said have some fruit or a danish..I could have laughed.I got there shortly after 8:00am and never saw a crumb or any fruit..Same thing my first two visits.

Will not stop sending mail and calling

Stopped to get a recall looked at, they never worked on the truck but ever since they have been calling me weekly and sending mail to trade my truck in. I called and asked them to stop twice, stopped at dodge country and talked to a salesman and he said he would handle it, then last time I went into the sales tower and told them it needed to stop, they said they will take care of it but I still get phone calls and mail. McGrath really seems like a shady group of dealerships

"Great experience"

Jeff our salesman was great. He was very helpful to find the right vehicle for my wife. He was very well up on what they had in each lot. After a few test drives she decided on a Jeep patriot. It was the perfect vehicle for her and she loves it. Jeff did a great job and was very kind. We have not had any service work done yet, but i know from working with Jeff that he will make sure things are right. Thanks for the great car buying experience. Larry Locke

Horrible experience after the sale.

Let me start off by saying this has nothing to do with our sales person Michael Rettig he was by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. Or the price of the truck we purchased. This has to do with the service we received after we purchased our brand new 2014 Dodge Ram SLT. The truck has the new 8 speed Hemi in it (I would not recommend anyone buy a truck with this in it). We had the truck for a week and the transmission started slipping and we noticed that the paint and clearcoat was horrible. We drove the truck down to McGrath for service (we live roughly 75 miles away) to have the transmission fixed the service department told us they would have a truck for us to use while it was in service (we need this for our business). When we arrived we learned that there was not a truck available and we would have to take a car from Enterprise car rental. Needless to say we did not know they would charge us $50 for that car, so that was a shock. We brought the truck home after the transmission was fixed and drove it for a couple weeks and the transmission started to leak again (the smell was horrible). So we drove the 75 miles back down there for them to fix it again and repaint the truck. We were told again that they would have a truck for us and of course they didn't. So they pulled a truck that was just traded in for us to drive. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Full of garbage, dog hair, filth and it smelled of smoke so bad we had to drive with the windows down on the highway home. The funny thing is they made us sign a document that said we would not smoke in the truck. What a joke. They have had our truck going on 3 weeks when we received a phone call from the service manager stating that the new transmission is on back-order until November 5th. Which is another 5 weeks away. They have had this truck longer than we have and out of the 2,000 miles on it 3/4 are from driving back and forth to the dealership. The service manager told us that they might trade us out of the truck because of the issues we have had with this truck. When we contacted the sales department about this they expected us to give them $3,000 to trade on a 2014 truck that was less money with less options. Or $6,000 for a truck that was the same price with different options. We refuse to give money for a trade. We spoke with the general sales manager John Vasquez (Pat McGrath's son-in-law about this and all he did was give us the run around. We also told them to give us the money they sold our truck that we traded for this one (they sold it the day after we traded it because it was a nice truck) and we would walk away from the new truck. Of course we did not get a response for that option either. We have to take the loaner truck back down to the dealership today and they claim they will have a truck for us. We will see. We also emailed Murphy McGrath who I assume is Pat McGrath's son and the General Manager of the dealership 3 days ago and he has not responded. Obviously he doesn't care about his customers or he would have responded. We referred someone down there and she leased a new Dodge Dart, believe me, we will never refer anyone else down there. A case has been opened with Chrysler about this so we will see what they have to say about this. With all this said we will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. We actually wish Michael Rettig was a salesman at dealership in our town because we go to him just not Pat McGrath Dodge. -Fed up Customer
