Painless used car buying experience with Dustin, and
Painless used car buying experience with Dustin, and Brent, the used car sales manager. Quick test drive and easy negotiating process on my trade-in. Dustin stayed late to ensure my F&I was complete. When I took ownership a few days later, I was offered a wash by both Brent and Casey (salesman delegated by Dustin to be on site for my arrival). Brent located the second key fob and thanked me again for choosing McGrath. All in all, a top shelf buying experience.

HELLO AFTER STATING THREE TIMES I DID NOT WANT THE ETHOS GROUP CONTRACT IT WAS ADDED TO THE SALE OF THE JEEP ALONG WITH A WINDOW TREATMENT AND THREE OIL CHANGES.. ALSO I DID NOT WANT. I SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT. BUT WILL BE HAPPY TO SHARE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY... IN THE LAST YEAR MY DAUGHTER AND HER BOY FRIEND ALSO BAUGHT USED JEEPS FROME MCGRATH..

scheduled an appt to test drive a Chevy cruze, took my test drive and decided to move forward with the purchase. After filling out paperwork to check and run my credit, they decided to inform me that in fact this car had a lemon title. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. I only bought a car from them since they had already ran my credit which took a hit.
