My Truck has been there getting serviced more than I got

My Truck has been there getting serviced more than I got to drive it myself. Tyler Unkel is horrible at communicating and does nothing to help you when you need. They take days to service vehicles that already should of been serviced. I sat there for 5 hours before they told me that my parts won't be in and now have had my vehicle for 4 days. Before that they had it over a week to service, then didn't even service it completely because my brake monitor light came on.

My Truck has been there getting serviced more than I got to drive it myself. Tyler Unkel is horrible at communicating and does nothing to help you when you need. They were awsome.

They were awsome. Salesmen Eli Foreman was great he went over and beyond to help get us in our new truck. The dealership over all is great and very friendly.

Deepak was awesome to work with.

Deepak was awesome to work with. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, delivered on promises and followed up throughout to make sure we were taken care of. We were buying the car from out of town, and we were so comfortable with his work we decided to purchase and have it delivered sight unseen. Communication was thorough and timely, but not pushy...exactly what we needed. Would definitely buy from him again, and highly recommend.

Don’t do business with these crooks.

Don’t do business with these crooks. After many lies, cheats, and ghosting, they have robbed me of 10’s of thousands of dollars. They are crooks, and will steal your money, beware!!! My vehicle, sold by them, unfortunately needed an engine replace <100k miles. I brought it back in at ~160k miles, I was told it needed ANOTHER engine replace - $9K, several months to finish, I was told they would not loan me a car during the repair period, and I was ushered to their sales department to buy another vehicle. Between the fact that they were going to give me next to nothing on trade in (the one thing I don’t fault them with given its state) and the fact that it was going to take “months” to replace the engine, I decided to buy new and repair the vehicle so I could sell it on my own for far more than they wanted to give me. Days later, they shockingly “finished” the repair. I picked it up to the tune of $12k when I was quoted $9k, only to discover the transmission was shot and it was going to be thousands more in repair costs. I complained to the shop manager who agreed I was overcharged but then proceeded to ghost me. Never again will I do business with any of the McGrath crooks. I would rather drive to Alaska and buy another vehicle than do business with these clowns.

Do not come here unless you want to waste your time

Do not come here unless you want to waste your time pending a confirmation on a diagnosis that I?ve been brushed off by them saying it not the problem and had me shell out 8k in repairs for the problem not to be solved they did TRY to correct their mistakes except for the fact the minute I finally got to someone who can help did everything they could to get out of the repairs they messed up so once I have confirmation that the problem is exactly what I?ve been stating sad part is Melissa part of service management I talked to agreed it?s probably my torque converter but then basically got told they fell nothing my car shakes at idle and shifting hole car jerks got told it?s normal like I haven?t had the car for almost 4 years and it didn?t do this till February of this year so if refunds not issued after the proof is provided then I guess I?ll be seeing you all in court
