I have been there three times and were not so good experiences. The sales women did a great job, it’s just the vehicles. The first time I went there I... got a car that didn’t have no air so I had to do a trade in and got another car that 4 months later the head gasket blew. This time I go as to which I live three hours away so kinda doing everything over the phone and so I get approved and get a car and the test drive was good and then I get to heading home and there’s a clunking noise coming from the front drivers side tire so I take it back and they cant fix it right away and give me a loaner to drive so I waste the gas going all the way home and come back and get it and it drove ok to start off and now it grinds really bad on the same tire. Hoping it don’t cost much to fix. I would leave this place as your last option. I really don’t think they check there cars they bring in all that great. So I take this back not even 6 months later as I paid 10,900 for it and they say well if you get a lower car we will give ya 6000 for it and if ya get a new we will give ya 10k for it and so we had a deal on a cheaper car and they take my money as it was on a Saturday and they call me on Monday and say that it wasn’t gonna work and they have 4 other options at the same price monthly payment so then 4 hours later they call back and say well they have a newer car but it’s 160 more than what I said my budget was. Yes this company will stuff down payments down your throat and try real hard at getting you to pay higher than you can and they try really hard at stuffing there high price warranty’s to you too. They sell lemons and there maintenance is horrible as there hasn’t been a car I got from there that didn’t have a problem with it. If your thinking about it and in the area go to billion auto or some where else. Over priced cars and xxxx poor service. Please spread there word so it don’t happen to anyone else. I know I won’t ever go back.

Will never buy from any location again. Nothing but problems. They did take care of most of the stuff that needed to be fixed. But for buying a certified... car there should be nothing wrong with the car. Thankful for the loaner car but when i picked my car up someone left a pile of melted gummy bears, french fries, and change on my back floor mat. Not happy. I've never had money for a down payment and never had any problems with other dealers. Here I felt embarrassed for not having anything down. Couldn't get a warranty because i didn't have $1800 to put down on it. I should of walked out then. Nothing but a headache. And in a car that i don't care for.

As always they took great care of my car. They fixed my issue without charge since it came from the factory with it. My warranty was up

We've had several recent disappointments with the Pat McGrath Chevyland service department. Our Chevy Traverse was in for an oil change and tire rotation... with everything checking out fine. Upon leaving, the Traverse started bouncing around and needed $1100 in new struts. Fast forward a few weeks later and it still drives bouncy from time to time. Our Chevy Impala was in for an oil change and tire rotation with everything checking out fine. The "service tire monitor system" warning came on the next day. We had no problems with PSI sensors before. We paid $120 to have the back right sensor fixed and the warning light came on again the next day for the same tire. We notified Gavin and Clint, who told us to bring the Impala back in. Rather than fix the problem, we're told it's an additional $500 to have all the PSI monitors replaced which we declined. After expressing our frustration, the service department finally relented and fixed the back right sensor. We've been extremely disappointed that this is how McGrath treats a loyal customer. We thought McGrath might follow-up with us again or send an apology letter, but nothing. Since we don't feel valued as a customer, we've decided to take our business elsewhere along with the money we budgeted for two new Chevy's this spring/summer. McGrath has been in business for many years, so hopefully this is a rare misstep on their part.

Worst buying experience ever, had to listen to so much crap, staff would not take no for an answer, we tried to leave several times but got ganged up on... by staff ,misleading online pricing , its amazing how much price will change when you want to walk on a deal, also make sure you know what your trade is worth before making deal they will value it very low, we finely bought the truck just so we could leave, also to a long time to buy over 4hrs. now that I have had time to thing about it I would bring the truck back if I could, I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer.

Moe spent over an hour going over everything in my car and showed me how things work. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. Kristin in finance had everything... ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !

I was greeted right away. The sales and finance people where very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Nick asked what I wanted and... the 1st truck he brought to show me was the one I bought. I would definitely go back to Mcgrath’s to buy a vehicle in the future. This is a real review, i have no affiliation with any employees there. I put these guys through hell along and never did they get disrespectful with... me over the 6 days leading up to me buying my Challenger Scat and Shacker 392. They gave my a great deal, and beat my banks APR when it came to sing for the loan. I will be a long term customer now.
