    Will never buy from any location again. Nothing but problems. They did take care of most of the stuff that needed to be fixed. But for buying a certified... car there should be nothing wrong with the car. Thankful for the loaner car but when i picked my car up someone left a pile of melted gummy bears, french fries, and change on my back floor mat. Not happy. I've never had money for a down payment and never had any problems with other dealers. Here I felt embarrassed for not having anything down. Couldn't get a warranty because i didn't have $1800 to put down on it. I should of walked out then. Nothing but a headache. And in a car that i don't care for.

    We've had several recent disappointments with the Pat McGrath Chevyland service department. Our Chevy Traverse was in for an oil change and tire rotation... with everything checking out fine. Upon leaving, the Traverse started bouncing around and needed $1100 in new struts. Fast forward a few weeks later and it still drives bouncy from time to time. Our Chevy Impala was in for an oil change and tire rotation with everything checking out fine. The "service tire monitor system" warning came on the next day. We had no problems with PSI sensors before. We paid $120 to have the back right sensor fixed and the warning light came on again the next day for the same tire. We notified Gavin and Clint, who told us to bring the Impala back in. Rather than fix the problem, we're told it's an additional $500 to have all the PSI monitors replaced which we declined. After expressing our frustration, the service department finally relented and fixed the back right sensor. We've been extremely disappointed that this is how McGrath treats a loyal customer. We thought McGrath might follow-up with us again or send an apology letter, but nothing. Since we don't feel valued as a customer, we've decided to take our business elsewhere along with the money we budgeted for two new Chevy's this spring/summer. McGrath has been in business for many years, so hopefully this is a rare misstep on their part.

    Worst buying experience ever, had to listen to so much crap, staff would not take no for an answer, we tried to leave several times but got ganged up on... by staff ,misleading online pricing , its amazing how much price will change when you want to walk on a deal, also make sure you know what your trade is worth before making deal they will value it very low, we finely bought the truck just so we could leave, also to a long time to buy over 4hrs. now that I have had time to thing about it I would bring the truck back if I could, I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer.

    Moe spent over an hour going over everything in my car and showed me how things work. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. Kristin in finance had everything... ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !

    I was greeted right away. The sales and finance people where very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Nick asked what I wanted and... the 1st truck he brought to show me was the one I bought. I would definitely go back to Mcgrath’s to buy a vehicle in the future. If you ever go to McGrath Chevyland asked for Nick Gordon he will help you and treat you good.

    This is a real review, i have no affiliation with any employees there. I put these guys through hell along and never did they get disrespectful with... me over the 6 days leading up to me buying my Challenger Scat and Shacker 392. They gave my a great deal, and beat my banks APR when it came to sing for the loan. I will be a long term customer now.

    We bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic in Feb 2016. We were told it took semi-synthetic oil. With the car I gor 3 free oil changes. Thinking the oil needed to be... changed every 3 months or 3000 miles I scheduled an oil change because according to what I was understanding it was past due. Nobody told me any different. I got it serviced and again nobody told me I could wait almost 5mos 5000 miles before I had it done again. Like clockwork 3 months later I had it in again for an oil change. Again nobody told me. I used up 3 free oil changes PLUS two more one of which cost me $48 and another that cost me $52 and still nobody told me. I became aware of this when we needed to purchase another vehicle and bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse and we were told then that it takes semi-synthetic oil and doesn't need to be changed as often. I contacted service and they gave me the run around. Tried to tell me I didn't have the service done there. But yet it was listed on my service log each oil change I had done. Well a gentleman called me was going to look into if I could be reimbursed in anyway and have heard nothing from him. That's been a month or so ago. My advice Be watchful and don't take anything at face value. Would only recommend with words of caution.

    Convenient. Service department is a little over zealous with service recommendations. Example : suggested needing alignment because tire wear was off... VERY SLIGHTLY. The tires have 73000 miles on them and still have great tread wear.
