Good Dealer Review

I had not bought a new vehicle in 21 years. Although the process of buying a new car has changes considerably from what I remember (much longer) the people ad McGrath Chevyland made me feel comfortable during the process.

Won't buy another car here.

Bought a used car here. I wasnt allowed to choose a car I liked, I was given 3 options to choose from. I have waited for an owners manual for 4 months so far. It felt like a slaughterhouse--get them through fast so we can get to the next one....

screw city

these ungrateful idiots sold me a hunk of junk, disguised as a good car. I went to look at 2013 Malibu's and what do they do, show me the most tricked out, expensive car on the lot. I was only 21 had no credit, only made $10 an hour and they wanted me to buy a $26,000 car. After they came to there senses and realized that i couldn't even come close to affording that car they take me to the used car side of the dealership were they proceed to show me a 2010 Chevy Aveo. I should've known the fix was in during the test drive when going 40 miles an hour the car starts moving side to side, like a fishtail in the middle of summer. Then after I sit and wait all day for them to run my paperwork, I find out that this car that should've been listed at $8,500 dollars was actually listed at $15,000. Then after they sell me their "OlympicCare" service package, they charged me every time I came back for service. What is even worse is that years later, after I gave the car back to the bank because it was going to cost more to fix than the car was worth and I couldn't afford the $400 dollar car payments and to put gas in it every week, i go back to look at a 2005 Malibu and the salesman had the gal to tell me they didn't make any money, ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!, I MAY BE YOUNG BUT I WASN;T BORN YESTERDAY.

They make it sound like it's a go over the phone and you drive 2 hours to find out they want $5000 down. Ya I got that! Not!

Exceeded my expectations

Very good experience. They were efficient with the whole process of buying a car. They were exceptionally helpful with answers and explanations and taking care of the details.

Wonderful service and selection.

We purchased a vehicle two years ago and loved our experience, especially with Ryan Paul, that when we needed another vehicle we knew that is where we had to go. Ryan remembered us and listened to what we were looking for. We loved the friendliness, the helpfulness, and our new car. We will definately tell others about the good deal and the wonderful service we received. We will be seeing you soon.My daughter wants a new car after driving mine. Continued great customer service

Having leased several vehicles from our sales consultant John Travis he always lets us know when there is an advantage to trade our car for a newer model. This was also the case with our recent Malibu. When we arrived for our appointment John was busy finishing with a previous customer so Scott was gracious enough to bring the car we were considering to the front and proceeded to explain the new features of the 2016 Malibu. He also was willing to take us on a test drive until John was finished. John was able to get us a great deal with all the incentives. It's not often you can get a new vehicle for a cheaper payment. Thank you John for your persistence. We dealt with Spike for the financial part of the transaction and we was extremely pleasant and made the process easy . Did an excellent job of explaining everything. We also had a very nice conversation with Derek Fox and found that he is from the Quad Cities as are we so we had familiar bond. All in all a great buying experience. I think this was the easiest one yet.

Most negative experience I have ever had. The very worst of the stereotypical "used car salesmen".
