Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and very helpful. He did everything a person would want from a car salesperson. He informed me that if I ever had any problems at all with the vehicle to bring it back in and they would take care of it immediately. Was on my way to the dealership to purchase a used truck with a quoted price from the day before and recieved a phone call that they now needed $600 more that what was agreed upon the day before! Basically told me to take it or leave it, they didn't care. I still bought the truck but it ended up costing me $700 more than I had planned. Gavin called and took care of the issue, very pleased with the result, you don't see too many people take the time to address customer service issues like this these days. I was pleasently surprised and appreciated the end results of my dealings at McGraths.

Matt greeted me on the lot and took time to help me select a new vehicle. I was very comfortable with the way he walked me through the purchase process, and commend him on his help with setting up my phone application, OnStar application and a clear and concise walk through of the vehicles attributes upon purchase. He also walked me through the process for service needs and took me on a tour of the facility. He was friendly and courteous during the entire process. It is not very often that a young man has good sales techniques and customer satisfaction skills as he does, and was able to provide me an acceptable price range within my budget. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends for a new car purchase experience.

JB(John Baker) is a great salesman he knows his products and was able to answer questions quickly or find the internal person to get the answer. Professional, Honest and very friendly with no pressure sales. He had products ready each time we arrived to the dealership. He returned calls in a timely fashion and quickly followed up when needed. I hope he is still a saleman the next time we need to make a vehicle purchase. Joshua Froiland did a commendable job explaining all the new technology features on my vehicle. I have only had to refer to the manual once because his orientation was expertly delivered.
