The people who work in the parts department made me go to

The people who work in the parts department made me go to another dealer. The employee working parts new everything and never looked anything up. He gave me nothing but wrong information about parts I needed, I went to Humes and they helped me. Why buy a vehicle if you can't get service. It was to much for the guy to get off his xxx to help. This happened on 11/15/24 at 3:30. This is a employee who needs trained to work with customers. He was very unprofessional and came across as a known it all, but new nothing.

I have purchased many vehicles in my 60 yrs.

I have purchased many vehicles in my 60 yrs. My best experience was this month. I purchased a new truck at Gary Millers and thanks to salesman Dennis Pollaro and Wes Buettner I walked away with exactly what I was looking for. It was a really good day and these guys new what I was looking for and made it happen. Their knowledge of the Vehicle was pivotal in my purchase. It was a good day and both salesmen made the day a pleasant one.

I was helped, and the individual was competent.

I was taken care of in service by Penny. This is the type of person you should always have working with customers. She was pleasant and did everything she possibly could to help with a smile. She made my problems seem tolerable simply because I felt she cared !! Hire more like Penny. Thank you

Excellent service

I recently bought a used truck from them and wanted new tires put on. The salesman included in deal and scheduled installation. I was very impressed that the service department got the truck in and put the tires on very quickly. It was my first time buying from them and will be buying from them again.

lOOK OUT!

lOOK OUT!!! BEWARE!!! They over charge for things not needed . Then fail to complete expected or scheduled things needed. Last visit they upcharged me $187.64. They attempted to charge me much more but after me staying diligent and not trusting thats all I lost. I can only image what they do to others

Please think twice

My mother recently took her jeep here in which she has since day 1 and told them there was a bad chirping sound coming from the rear. She dropped the vehicle off with a full tank of gas upon picking it up she was told they couldn’t find anything wrong but they changed her front caliper and charged her 600 dollars and then told her they could do the brakes too for 1000. She asked do I need brakes the mechanic said no.my mother really trusted these people and swore by them only to be ripped off and her car used for someone to race around and leave McDonald’s rappers in her car. Thankfully we have monitors in the jeep and caught their discussion about this deal what a shame

Do not buy online/out of state from this dealer!!

I do not recommend buying a vehicle online/ out of state from Gary Miller. In addition to missing safety features, the vehicle arrived with existing bumper damage from a previous front end towing accident, caused by a bumper modification that I was not made aware of. They refuse to take responsibility for the $822.00 to repair the damages and have now stopped responding to the customer. I repaired the Jeep out of pocket to ensure no future issues with my warranty or extended service contract. I bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with 11,200 miles and an extended service contract for a total of $35,000 . The vehicle was delivered from PA to MA with a broken front bumper, front tires that would not pass inspection, and a safety recall. The first day with the Jeep was terrifying! I only drove it for a total of 90min R/T before I had to take it in for service. The tires were chewed up from front end towing and triggered what's known as the "Death Wobble". I experienced this safety recall four times in the first 90 minutes! The second time I ended up hydroplaning off of a highway exit and spinning 3x before the vehicle came to a stop. I'm lucky to be alive or not in the hospital with broken bones. After dropping off the Jeep to be serviced, I was without a vehicle for eight days waiting for the mgr to authorize replacing the tires and repairing the bumper. My local jeep service found the bumper damages were caused by a front end towing accident (I found the rental agreement for the RV in the glove box of the Jeep). Not only was I without a car for 8 days at this time, but now they tell me it would be another 1-5 days before knowing if upper mgt would approve the bumper repair, and they didn't want to arrange for a loaner. At this point, I told the salesman that I wanted to speak to upper management directly. The Finance Manager put me on the phone with the Used car Mgr. who was a bit of a bully. He did take care of replacing the tires and the warranty covered the part for the safety recall but he was very clear that is all he was willing to do. There was no empathy for what I had been through since this Jeep arrived. I had only driven it once and had the fright of my life! Now it's been 8 days in the service shop. You're ok with delivering the Jeep to a customer in this condition and not fixing it? He continued to repeat, "I told you what I was willing to do". The bumper had been pushed out on the passenger side, hardware/parts missing and damaged. They acknowledged the damage but not willing to do anything. From their pov. "Jeeps are towed by the front all the time" and that's why their "service dept. probably didn't think anything of it". I was concerned over the validity of my warranty and service contract since not only was the bumper modified by cutting out slots with a knife, it was also in a towing accident. The mgr. said he called Chrysler and Zurich and the warranties are fine. I told him that he was putting me in a position to either look into a PA Atty/lemon law or pay out of pocket to ensure my warranties will not be voided by this. He said, "Mam if you're going to call a lawyer, I'll have to stop speaking with you right now". This was just too much! I took his offer to pay for the tires. I called Zurich (service contract) and they were disgusted by the way the dealer was treating me and that they were not taking responsibility for the damages. Of course, any future issues related to the bumper (or more) would not be covered. I followed up the next day with an email to Gary Miller directly. I wanted to ensure he had all the details and sent photos of the damaged bumper. He's also not responding to me. So, my Jeep arrived around 4 pm on Thanksgiving eve. Drove it once on Thanksgiving day and I'm out of pocket $822.00 Plus the cost of the rental car. I just got the Jeep back yesterday.
