I was on my way from Denver CO to Casper WY to attend my niece’s bridal shower when the cover for the under carriage on my car started dragging on the highway. I made it to the Ford dealership in Wheatland WY. Shawn Guinea got my car into the service department right away where they were able to temporarily bolt it back up until I could take it into my dealership in CO to be fixed the following Monday. Everyone we met at the dealership was so friendly and helpful and worked together to get us back on the road. We made it to the bridal shower safely as well as returned home to CO safely. Sincerely appreciated everyone coming to our aid in WY and they helped us for “ no charge” as well. Thank you Shawn to you and your team for helping get us back in the road in time to attend our niece’s bridal shower! Outstanding Sales team especially 32 yr old Charley Ruwart JR., + a talented lady who handles loan/purchase forms during the purchase process. they have always been attentive to my wants and needs, and sorta feel like family to me. I bought my 2020 F150 King Ranch from LPM and got a super deal. Lowell the service manager reminds me of my uncle john's authentic western friendly and fun personality:-) I trust the service dept to keep my valuable truck in running order.

Laramie Peak did an excellent job trying to help me when my car broke down on Interstate 25. My neighbor had found out I was trying to find a good used car, and since he had dealt with them for years and knew the owner well, he called him on a Saturday in a snow storm. The owner called me yet that day and let me know he would have his salesman Al give me a call, which Al did yet that day. Al was very helpful throughout the process as well as Shaun with the repair department. Their employee Jeff also drove the car back from Wheatland to Cheyenne for me and picked up the loaner car which they were kind enough to let me use in the meantime. I am very impressed with this dealership and I can highly recommend them to anyone.
