Jeff Duffey was wonderful to work with.

Jeff Duffey was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the options available even after I told him that I was just starting my research and wasn't going to be buying for a few weeks. Because of all his time and knowledge I got to know about the Escape plug in Hybrid and that it was the right vicial for me.

Initial contact was great via text and email.

Initial contact was great via text and email. However the offer for my trade in was super poor; the manager offered just over kbb by 300 dollars, but they are over kbb for their retail. Once again dealers living upto their reputations…

Very professional sales staff.

Very professional sales staff. I felt they offered me a competitive deal. I didn't end of purchasing the vehicle but it was just due the financing wasn't what I was looking for. I would definitely I would consider Sarat Ford for my next vehicle in the very near future.

Really happy with my new F150!

Really happy with my new F150! Jeff Duffy was a great salesman to work with and showed a lot of concern as he worked with me to ensure I got the right truck I needed for my trailering needs. Highly recommended!

Good vehicle terrible service

Second time in a row I went in for routine maintenance with a scheduled appointment had to wait four hours the first time and three hours a second time I don?t understand why they call their service department service

Lenny Weiss and John Day were extremely helpful and just great people to work with. There was never any pressure and their follow up was perfect. I ended up designing my own car with Lenny’s help and took delivery with John’s help. David Jackson helped with our financing and he explained everything. The whole process from beginning to end was outstanding. .

Worst Service EVER

This dealership has THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. As a result I would never purchase a car from them again. Not only is the service terrible, but the customer service is absolutely horrifying. Just terrible.

Excellent! Our salesperson, Mark was very courteous and patient. Very knowledgeable about the Lincoln inventory. The staff at Sarat is awesome! I would highly recommend Sarat to our family and friends!
