I recently purchased a used Alfa Romeo from this dealership. Overall, I had a very positive experience. My salesperson, Ach Mariane, was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. There was an outstanding recall on the vehicle which the dealer took car of. The dealership had a great selection of cars. The car was delivered as expected. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Update: After I posted my review, Matt the sales manager
Update: After I posted my review, Matt the sales manager called me. Said he had to get permission to resolve these issues. That was December 20th(today is the 29th) I've been patient, but that was 9 days ago. What is going on? Absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. Still waiting to hear back from them. It's pretty bad they haven't tried to make things right. I work in the industry and know how things are supposed to work- this isn't it!

I have purchased three trucks there now.
I have purchased three trucks there now. The first two experiences were great, that's why I've been a repeat customer even though I live quite far away. Different sales experience this time. They let everything fall through the cracks. Truck failed inspection because they didn't check it prior. Another salesman stole the driver floor mat out of my truck along with the foam cup holder inserts out of the front doors. My salesperson then took a floor mat from a different truck, but it has a hump and is deformed making my left foot want to slide under the brake pedal-not sure why the salesperson thought that was acceptable, i want a new properly fitting floor mat that matches like it had when I test drove it. I paid for undercoating to be done, salesperson "confirmed" it was done and the truck was ready to pick up. I was under the truck the next day and there wasn't one ounce of undercoating, they took my money for a service they didn't give me and lied and said it was done, they didn't even bother to clean the undercarriage, never mind applying the undercoating. Still waiting for resolutions for these issues. Would like to hear back from Matt. Now I will have to make multiple trips back and leave the truck there so they can clean it and apply the undercoationg. It was made very clear that I live far away and wanted it all done before I picked up, salesperson lied about it being done and now I have to go back and forth multiple times. No respect for my time whatsoever.

Kelsey and Ahmad were a pleasure to deal with purchasing my pre-owned Ram 1500. The buying process was efficient smooth and straightforward. Follow up minor warranty work within the first 30 days was also addressed without issue free car wash after a visit is a nice touch.

Cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. It wasn't exactly conveniently located relative to my home but it was worth the trip to get such a nice car. The vehicle had under 20,000 miles on it and if I didn't know it was a used vehicle I would have sworn it was brand new off the factory line. Car was immaculate inside and out. Delivery experience was perfect, with the gentlemen from the dealership bringing it to my home and handing off the keys so I didn't have to make another trip to Mendon. I want to give a specific shout out to Lou Carvalho whose no-pressure approach made the experience completely stress free.

Purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Imperial
Purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Imperial was so easy. They are only 10 minutes from my house and had at least a dozen Cherokee L's for me to look at. Our Sales Agent, Kelsey Legeny, knew all about the various models and features and let us test drive a few. She gave me a great price and even extended the factory warranty as a bonus. I paid on Saturday and picked my new car on Tuesday morning. They took care of all the RMV paperwork and worked with my insurance agent. I didn't have to do any of that. When I picked it up, it was detailed to showroom condition. Very happy customer!

Horrible experience mainly due to being ripped off on the purchase of our vehicle. Low balled us and then now selling car for 10k more than they paid for it. Will never do business here again. High pressure lowball offers.
