I found Vicksburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Inc. to be very friendly and helpful in helping me find a great vehicle (Ram 1500 Truck (Used). I was especially impressed with the expertise and excellent help in creating an Installment Sale Account Agreement. The Salesman (Mike Pflugradt) was able to answer every question I had in completing this agreement, with excellent explanations as to why and how each part of the agreement was to be performed. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition, and the salesman went through every facet of it's operation with me. I was also impressed with the servicing of this vehicle before I took possession. I will certainly recommend this dealership to my friends!

Came in unsure of specifically what "brand" of vehicle I would be looking for, but had an idea of size and price. Bylinda did a great job of showing us all the options, no matter how long it took. She was relaxed and welcoming to us, and willing to do what it took to find us the right car. When we finally made a decision, she even stayed late to make sure I could drive home THAT DAY with our new-to-us car! She even made sure we came back to get it detailed, since it didn't get a chance to get done before we drove it off the lot. Any other employees we interacted with were also very personable and helpful. Would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Bylinda. Vehicle prices seemed comparable to other dealerships in the greater Kalamazoo area, but if anything, slightly cheaper.

We found our suv we tried it out and said that we would like to purchase the car. the Sales person was nice but had issue with communication to us, the insurance company and our bank had issues with him getting the information to the bank in a timely manner. Other than that issue we were happy with our experience.

Finding the right transport vehicle to support our recumbent tandem bicycling interests was a major challenge but the folks at Vicksburg were patient and supportive. They were very diligent and thorough in finding answers to our many questions and requests. Not only did the Chrysler Hybrid Plug-in answer our bicycle transport needs it is also an environmentally friendly. The all electric range of over 30 miles is also a convince, to and from local activities without the need to stop somewhere and gas up. The hybrid Pacifica is not a vehicle Vicksburg normally deals with but nevertheless they stepped up to the plate and brought one in from a distant dealer (a special effort on their part). Working with the people at Vicksburg was like being treated as part of the family. Nice! Interfacing with Bylinda was especially pleasant and friendly. She went out of her way to followup on details, questions and requests.
