I brought my vehicle in for repair after being a rear end

I brought my vehicle in for repair after being a rear end collision.just my luck I end up with a three months nightmare and still an incomplete job from dealer collision center. Even after reaching out to the general manager about this problem. His quick response was told a vehicle for additional week and told me to pick it up today and find out to get a waiver Took long but it was no wrongdoing on their part. took over three months to fix a rear end damage and multiple back-and-forth and I have complete tailgate parts were not installed when was in the shop and overall service was terrible. Don’t feel that I was treated like a valued customer after only purchase and service the vehicle there for years to know this is type of service they receive as a long standing customer was very Hartman. To notes best Chevy the dealership not a side repair shop.

Repair theives

Where to start? A battery for a Chevy Cruz is $400, a diagnostic is over $100. Most mechanics could figure this out when a car doesn’t start for free. Plus labor plus tax. So figure about $600. Had it done elsewhere for 150 With two year warranty.

Going above and beyond

I will tell you this...Best Chevy proved to me that they will go above and beyond to make you a satisfied and lifelong customer. They showed me that that is their mission. Long story short, my 19-year old daughter went there this month looking to buy her first car, and after a very rocky start, the GM Erick Smith and the service manager Jim C. stepped in to make it a very positive experience for her (and me!). Those two proved that they are committed to happy customers. Going above and beyond doesn't adequately describe it. Those two changed my entire outlook and now has me thinking that the rough start was just an aberration and not at all the norm. I highly recommend that you give them a chance to earn your trust.

Going above and beyond

Long story short, my 19-year old daughter and I visited best earlier this month to purchase her first-ever car. After a very rough and disheartening start, the GM Erick and Service Manager Joe C. stepped in to completely change our perception. Erick and Joe are committed to earning your trust as a customer for life. Some people say it, but those two actually make difficult decisions that prove it. I now believe that the rough start was an aberration and not at all a true reflection of Best Chevy. In short, I am living proof that you should give Best Chevy a chance to earn your trust and your business. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Again, I can't say enough about Erick and Joe C. They saw that we were unhappy and could have easily allowed us to walk away, but they didn't. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have them understand that customer service is actually important.

Personable and thorough

I bought a used Chevy at another dealership and now have transferred my cars care to Best. I worked with DK in finance and purchased the extended warranty. He was personable and knowledgeable. Thanks for making the process so easy!

Missed opportunity

I Wanted to purchase my 2015 Silverado at the end of the lease and thought that's what I had done. Turns out, Best Chevrolet, Hingham, MA, did not submit any of the necessary paperwork to GM Financial. I realized this when Credit Karma notified me that I had been flagged for a missed payment on my credit report. Reached out to the dealer, spoke with a handful of people there (as well as GM Financial) and was assured there would be timely communication on the resolution of the issue. Now going on 3 weeks with no word from Best - even after talking to and, later, leaving messages for Al - and have subsequently been flagged for yet another missed payment to GM Financial.

Very happy camper

I am very happy with my new Chevy Cruz. It is a wonderful car. Steve Dunne was a wonderful salesman. He answered all my questions and got me a wonderful price for my lease. This is the first time I have leased a car and he was so helpful. He went out of his way to make me happy. I will always be a customer of Chevy.

Best Customer

You don't need to look anywhere else. Best Chevrolet in Hingham is outstanding and has it all. The people who work there are excellent in all ways. Superb!

Great deal Chuck went all way to help me get the truck I wanted, they even delivered it to me so I didn't have to make a trip off cape
