Sales team at Best Chevrolet, Hingham, Ma.

Excellent experience Steve D. in sales was more than patient as we went through the buying process as was each Best employee that assisted us. Overall it was a great buying experience. Returned after the sale for some tech help and the Best team remained just as committed, to our complete satisfaction as they were from our initial inquiry. Also good selection of inventory.

I have used BestChevy for man yyears partly because of

I have used BestChevy for man yyears partly because of the great customer service everyone on the staff provided. Unfortunately, the last 2 experiences have shown a significant downgrade in their customer support. I had a car appt for service at 9:00 and I brought my car in around 8:45. The service rep told me the car would prob be ready around 2:00 or 2:30. 1:00 PM arrives and nothing from the dealership. I called and left a message inquiring about the status of the service. The rep called me back and said they haven't even looked at the car yet. I said what's the point of having a 9:00 appt if they do't even look at the car 4 hours later. He said he would get back to me with an update. 6:00 PM arrives and the service dept closes and no update from the rep. 9:45 that night I send an email to the Service Director expressing my frustration about the lack of service/information. The next morning still nothing. I go on the web site and chat line and ask the status of my car. A bit later the service rep calls me and says the car shld be done between 1:00 and 2:00. 1:00 comes and nothing so I go on chat line again expressing my frustration about the lack of info. sale manager texts me back and says they are experiencing staffing shortages and car will be ready between 2:30 and 3:00 (as the rep has supposedly told me. I advised the manager that the rep told me between 1:00 and 2:00...not the time he mentioned and that staffing shortages doing not explain the lack of follow up, the lack of accurate information or the failure to respond to my email of dissatisfaction (the email I sent to the Service Director where he has not provided the courtesy of a reply). They no longer show the tremendous customer service they used to display and I am not sure it will get any better.

My advisor Steve Tucker is always so helpful . Scheduling is easy and wait times are very good. My car is in good hands with the service department !

Be mindful of this dealership, the rip offs, the thieves

Be mindful of this dealership, the rip offs, the thieves and racist to Black people and they tell you that they’re putting genuine parts on and they put the cheapest parts they can and charge you full price for it and or the best technician doesn’t seem to have much experience putting xxxxty parts on a heavy duty vehicle to cause property damage and then I’m refusing to fix it

Chief Executive Mary T. Barra My name is Jermaine Malcolm. I hope this email reaches you well. I write this email in fact of faith and hope that you can understand my position where I stand here as a customer and a small black business owner. I brought my vehicle off the best Chevy september 11 2019 And also to have an extended warranty for additional six years which. Over the years I've brought the vehicle in for its routine maintenance and have had good service up until the past year or two one of Press incidents abroad the vehicle in to get a body repair done had the vehicle left while I was on vacation to come back and none of the service was done when I signed the contract stating that the work was going to be done cried to me arriving back from vacation I was out of my work vehicle and my personal vehicle for over 4 months until I finally started to show my present at the facility due to the lack of communication and not being able to get any updates on the vehicle which has all my tools that I used to work and feed my family. At that given time I reached out to Bruce to window he was the senior branch manager told me he was going to take care of it and all the all I got at the end of that experience was a letter stating that best Chevy had no wrongdoing in the period of time that they had my vehicle due to the fact I did not sign. I came to find out from James the manager that all the staff wanted not to do service on my vehicle due to the Same time they were having me schedule appointments to come in to service the vehicle and was not working on the vehicle. Started to notice this was a pattern in parts and wrongful damage started to occur to my vehicle brought it to Jim parentheses know that as James attention told me he'll take care of it over forward everything should go through him so I just did just as that the last occurrence brought the vehicle in for breaks I was then told the vehicle was ready and the body shop was not going to work on my vehicle anymore due to my hot and cold reaction that point I picked up my vehicle drove the vehicle home realized the vehicles squeaking after just paying 3600 bucks on brakes I reached out to James they knows as Jim he said to bring the vehicle in take a look at it I brought it to his tension that he put my family in danger and the fact that after having a discussion of not taking up my time and also putting the attention into my vehicle as he would do to the white customers we had an understanding and then I felt I was ripped off with this brick job fact that I was hot or cold. your partners and not only did my vehicle get mistreated but also I was given back a vehicle that was unsafe for my family and then when. I brought it back to question I not only paid for the service, but I was then removed from the facility cops, stating that I was disturbing the peace through invention to arrest me because the branch manager Jim, address me in public and I dressed him back. This dealership is a rip off and they’re not only put my family in danger put no service in my vehicle and putting improper brakes on cause my wheels to fly off on the highway and now they’re refusing to fix it not even two weeks after receiving my vehicle back from them Not only that they call the cops on me to remove me off the property when I inquired about the poor service that I receive in the body shop is refusing to fix the vehicle that I purchase brand new from Best Chevy 2019 not only that they’re disgusting but they’re also racist Manager, James and Steve Tucker sold me services that I did not need and remove the original parts of my vehicle and put xxxxty parts but now I don’t have a vehicle to run my business out of bed to take my kids to school so great way to do business as a dealership Chief Executive Mary T.
