The process was as quick and painless as possible, with Ken Garvin as our sales rep. He's been our salesman for 3 leases and a new car purchase so far, and he's been extremely helpful every time. The rest of the sales crew, including the finance manager, sales manager, and the desk receptionist are very friendly as well. There's never been pressure to overspend or commit to something I wasn't ready for.

Ordered the Bronco in late February, notified that the Bronco was scheduled to into production on May 1. I spoke with Danielle, she said it was scheduled on that and it would take about 4 weeks to arrive in Southgate. Picked up the Bronco on June 3.
