I had my 2024 Ford Escape the works & they were very efficient & then I leased a 2026 Ford Escape & John Mehall was very helpful & got me an awesome deal.

It 10 days to get an appointment, then it took another4 days for them to look at it. After all that they could not determine what was wrong. I took to another dealer 3 days later they diagnosed the problem within a few hours

Southgate Ford has been my dealership for almost a decade and I am highly satisfied! John Mehall is my dealer for my last 3 leases and my recent lease a Ford Explorer! Love it! My first Ford was an Explorer Sport Trac Loved It only wish Ford’s still made this vehicle! Consider a future Explorer Sport Trac!
