Aside from the finance manager screwing up our final pricing in the vehicle we had great service. We really enjoyed working with Christy. She was to the point and always available. She worked hard to find what we needed and got us a great price for everything. Well buy from her again.

I highly recommend Lithia Ford Klamath Falls.

The service department, under the supervision of Peter, the service manager, provides the absolute best service. Peter fixed all issues in his department from the welcoming smile on the faces of the service writers to the quality of the work. I highly recommend this dealership and its service department.

Thank's Pat

After some earlier communication issues with other service writers and a miss diagnosis of the problem with my vehicle, Pat became involved and made things right. I hope Pat stays here for the long term because it's very important to have a service writer and mechanic you can trust. I am very pleased at the outcome of the work performed.

Cudos to you

When your salesman phoned to tell me about the 2017 Edges, I went down to the dealership with a chip on my shoulder and a certain amount of trepidation. You see, when I bought my 2014 Edge, my experience was awful. When the salesman & I went into his office to talk about purchasing the car, the room suddenly filled with 5 other men. One woman and six men. Was their plan to intimidate me? Don't know what else it could have possibly been. They stonewalled me on the price. They stonewalled me on the trade in. They generally treated me like I was a subhuman idiot. This time it was 180 degrees the opposite. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. He went over the features of the 2017 thoroughly. He explained the reason for what I thought was the low trade-in value he offered. He worked with me on price. He made sure I was happy with the terms. He was the only person I spoke with -- not 6 other guys. He treated me as if I do, indeed, have a brain in my head. He listened. He adjusted, and he got the deal.
