Nelson took great care of me and I can’t say enough about

Nelson took great care of me and I can’t say enough about the dealership to do it justice. They got me everything I wanted and it was well worth the hour drive up there. This is a dealership with quality cars and honest salespeople.

Ram Rebel Courtesy of Kayla Jaffas

Ram Rebel 2020 I live in California and right now is a bad time to buy a new or used car. Prices are high and inventory is low. I had been looking for a particular Ram Rebel for about 4 months when I reached out to Kayla Jaffas at Seelye of Paw Paw in Michigan. I first contacted her on February 11th, 2022. I had never purchased from a different state and had never purchased a car sight unseen. In order to do so, I needed to trust the person I was dealing with directly and I trust Kayla. Over the next 11 days she sent me 78 texts, 14 emails, 9 photos, and 5 videos as she walked me through the process of determining whether or not this truck was the right fit for me. I had a lot to learn about purchasing a car remotely and she was a patient and encouraging tutor. Thank you Kayla. The purchase price was agreed upon at the beginning and never changed. Once I decided this was the truck for me, Jeremy Schnooberger (Business Manager) handled all the paperwork, which included a number of Next-Day packages arriving at my door stop in California. Thank you Jeremy. It was truly a team effort. Kayla helped me with the decision making, Jeremy helped me with the legal end of things, and Brian Wiersma (another Sales Associate) sent me a video to wish me and my family well and to thank us for our business. Thank you Brian. If the opportunity presents itself, and I find myself off roading in the state of Michigan, I hope to talk to them all again - this time in person. Thank you Seelye of Paw Paw. Needing "bail money" for downpayment

Everything was going well with Brian Wiersma, the sales rep, until we started negotiating the down payment. He told me to "treat it like bail money" in a voicemail and wanted me to call everyone I know to get the money. He was angry. I was so offended that I walked away from the deal. I went back to collect the title from my trade-in and Brian, along with the finance manager, blew me off. All they needed to do was apologize and maybe even eat the down payment to show their sincerity of such a horrible statement. I have heard nothing from them.

Brian is awesome

Brian Wiersma is amazing and has been a huge help. I normally hate salespeople but Brian Wiersma really blew me away. Brian wasn't pushy and all salesey and really answered my questions.

Amazing customer service

Worked with Brian Wiersma, who was hands down the greatest. He had a cold water waiting for me at his desk after my test drive. I really felt like he is professional, in behavior and in conversation. And still very friendly and comfortable. Genuinely, if you want to be treated well, Brian Wiersma is the guy!!
