Everything was going well with Brian Wiersma, the sales rep, until we started negotiating the down payment. He told me to "treat it like bail money" in a voicemail and wanted me to call everyone I know to get the money. He was angry. I was so offended that I walked away from the deal. I went back to collect the title from my trade-in and Brian, along with the finance manager, blew me off. All they needed to do was apologize and maybe even eat the down payment to show their sincerity of such a horrible statement. I have heard nothing from them.

Brian Wiersma is amazing and has been a huge help. I normally hate salespeople but Brian Wiersma really blew me away. Brian wasn't pushy and all salesey and really answered my questions.

Excellent experience. My Saleswoman Christian started my deal while I was still in Mexico!!! All of the staff were on point and made me a deal that was incredible. When I got home I drove 12 hours to get to the truck. I have bought many vehicles, and this was the only time that a vehicle was actually ready for delivery when i got there. The paperwork process took about 25 minutes. I wish they were my local dealer. Ferrin the Manager was a true Gentleman, as was Jeremy and the Service guys who swapped out my wheels were great. 5 stars and I cant thank them enough.
