2010 Ford F150fx4
Can't say enough about Richard Hiatt and Tapper Ford. I found the truck online and sent a message to Richard and he called me back right away. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and the whole Tapper team were ready and willing to help. While my family and I went out for lunch Richard took care of all the paperwork. Very simple and easy process with them. Will be doing business with Tapper again.

2015 ford focus
I stopped in just wanting to ask some questions on a new car. I ended up buying a 2015 Ford Focus from Andrew Isbell. I found him to be very helpful in helping me through the process. He followed up with me, and walked me through the process. Todd also helped with some details. The car was delivered the next day, was clean and ready to go. I would do business here again. 2016 FORD ESCAPE TODD PERKINS
Todd did a great job from my first visit to the showroom to when I picked up my vehicle. He was personable and knowledgeable without being "pushy" in any way. My father was an auto dealer, so I've been around dealerships for most of my life, and have clear views about what constitutes a quality salesperson. Todd certainly presented all of those attributes to me. I have been having all of my service needs on my former car handled by Tapper Ford (with much appreciation for the quality of service), and will consider any future purchases at the dealership (and with Todd) as well.
