One the first day of our planned vacation trip to Canada our truck broke down. We decided to purchase a new truck so we could continue to pull our 5th wheel and finish what was left of our trip. Rocky Moore, our salesman was so good to us. He took our terrible situation and helped us every step of the way. He even hooked us up with a business that could make the necessary changes for our hitch and new height level on our trailer since we purchased a 4x4. He gave us the use of a free rental so we could get around Ashland and travel to Medford where the work was being done on our truck and trailer. He called us everyday, sometimes twice to check on how we were doing and if he could help us in any way. My husband and I can't say enough good things about how Rocky helped us during a very stressful time. If we lived in Oregon we would be regular customers at Butler Ford.

Have always had good service and people are friendly and helpful. Truck was in and out in no time. Disappointed that truck was not vacuumed and washed. Voucher for car wash wont be used because we never go to that car wash

Plain and simple it was an Efficient and Pleasant experience! I started shopping in Medford but was treated with little respect the person at the other car lot just wanted to show cars I wasn't interested in. I came into Butler because it was on my way to work, and I should have started there! The staff was super helpful and was never intimidating or pushy. I will tell my friends and family that when shopping for a new car they should save themselves the time and start at Butler! PS... I did get a super awesome deal on a cute used red car!!!
