Eddie Griffin was simply great! He was not pushy, explained everything in depth, and was friendly yet professional. He really worked hard to get me the best deal within my budget and I felt he truly cared about me and my needs. I would recommend Eddie and Butler Ford to anyone interested in a solid company and staff. Thank you Eddie ; )

Love my 2025 Nissan Rogue and would like to thank Butler's for their quality professionalism.Eddie Griffin met us as we arrived and accompanied me thru out the process. Everyone in the team went beyond my expectation I was impressed in their high standards caring for customers service and my drive from Myrtle Creek was definitely worth the outcome.Probably wouldn't go to any other dealership after my second purchase with them I now feel like a regular. Thanks again.

Our experience with Butler Ford and the salesman Eddie Griffin did an excellent job of working with us to purchase a vehicle. There was no pressure and a smooth process. We would recommend Butler Ford to everyone. Eddie accommodated us very well.

Eric and Alan were great to work with. I purchased a great truck and they fed me and my wife while we waited. I would recommend them to everyone. My next Ford purchase will be with Butler. Thank you! Timber Tremor Jim.

Was told I would receive a $ incentive after purchasing a brand new truck, surprisingly never received one called back multiple times in hopes to get a answer or result that never happened

Late fall 2024 I took our 2011 Edge into Butler Ford because of brake problems. While the car had been purchased in Minnesota, Butler had been servicing since our arrival in the Valley in 2012. In all fairness, they had done a good job over most of that time though we’d noticed a decline in service attention since the departure of Brian Hail four years ago. That didn’t, however, prepare us for the adventure I’m about to describe. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a major problem requiring a “no longer carried” part with the full issue being estimated at $3500. For seven weeks, as the car resided in the back of their lot, they assured me that they could find the part. When they suggested that I confirm this with Ford Headquarters I did so only to have them insist that no such parts were still available anywhere. Despite this information, Butler insisted that they could “see inventory available in several places” and that they’d be able to have it released to them. Never happened because, as HQ stated this was phantom inventory – it did not exist. So after nearly two months I was notified by Butler that there was nothing they could do to repair my otherwise near pristine vehicle – and that “I could pick it up anytime”. Expressing my frustration to my next-door neighbor - who’s a “car guy”, he called his mechanic at Blue Line Auto in White City and they agreed to take a look. In less than one day they flushed the system and replaced fluids – and a year later I’ve had no brake problems. By the way, it cost me all of $56. I won’t be going back to Butler. Dennis Murphy.

Initially met with Joel, who got us together with Eric, who was a great help he helped us look at the vehicles i had researched and was interested in, then we did the test drive. Drove the truck off the lot a couple hours later after Eric and Jeremy both assisted us in getting the many questions we had answered and resolved. They were patient and helpful. Definitely going back for my next truck and certainly recommend this lot and these gentlemen.

Butler Ford's Salesman, ERIC MILLER, is who I'd refer you to if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle. He's calm, patient, helpful, communicative...regardless how long it takes to get a deal done. Much continued, future success to and for Eric.

I recently traded my AMG for a new truck, they made the process easy, I was able to get a price i was happy with. Eric Miller, the salesman, was easy to work with, no pressure or prying. I recommend working with Eric if your looking for a new ford. The GM Joel went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the deal, and they made it known that if I wasn't satisfied there was no pressure. I'd recommend Butler Ford for anyone wanting to get into a ford. The staff was really friendly and inviting. We will buy our next truck with Butler ford 100%
