Quite pleased with my recent experience with Butler Ford of Ashland. The sales representative, Craig, and financial manager, Jeremy, were very curteous and not pushy in the least. I was kept informed of the status of my new F150 Lightning from manufacture, to shipping and then delivery to the dealership. Just a good overall experience.

Very curteous, not puhy. Asked what I wanted in a vechilce and searched vechicles which had my request. My credit is a bit challengened and not only were they able to find what I wanted but it was within what I wanted. Thank you to the sales team at Butler.
