great service
I thought my car had a fuel leak,it didn't, but Iwas able to have an apt the same day I called. Jim Marshall thoroughly explained the reason for the moisture I saw on my driveway. A loaner was provided and I had my car back the next day sparkling after the courtesy wash. Great experience. Thanks Dick Lamb

Cole treats the customer right!
With help from the Cole staff, especially Bruce Kracker and the General Manager Jack, we moved from a expiring lease on a 2011 Regal and a 2003 Silverado in terrible shape to a beautiful red Verano and a spacious new Sierra. We love our new vehicles! The Cole staff are welcoming and comfortable. They listened to our needs and wishes, and they did everything to make the leases possible. We really appreciate the care they took to handle every detail.

Very clean, coffee service was excellent!
I had a lot of maintenance work done, and I would have liked some feedback (particularly on the tune up). I was charged a hundred dollars more than I anticipated because I have a V-8 (your records know that, and it should have been in the original estimate). There was a lot of overlap on all the maintenance that I had done, which should have made the cost less, but you charge full fare for each job.

The cashiers and the receptionist were great
My service advisor is NOT friendly. My husband pays too much money for your car for me to receive this kind of treatment. The last 2 times I have brought my car in for service, he was non responsive. Not sure what happened. We are also returning customers. This is our 3rd car from you Cole. Maybe we should drive up to Grand Rapids to purchase our next care???

Everyone was polite and helpful. The coffee was excellent and the waiting room is pleasant and clean. I was wondering why it takes 1 hour and 15 min. to change oil and rotate tires when I am the first in line and on time for my appointment.

What a Wonderful Experience!!!
