This is a 10 star business

I have never ‘recommended’ an automobile dealership in my life. However, I will always tell people my story of the amazing treatment my husband and I have and are receiving from everyone who works there. My car had a defective part that GM installed when the car was built. Due to the difficulty in obtaining parts, my car had been sitting on the back lot at TC Chevrolet for 3 months. When Derek DeBoer, owner, became aware of the situation he stepped in and went to bat for us with GM. It took ages to get the part, but thanks to the staff’s relentless search and calls to GM, they received a part and the car has been repaired. During those 7 months my husband and I had a trip planned and since we did not own another vehicle, TC Chevrolet provided us with a car. During this whole ordeal, which lasted a total of 7 months, they went to bat for us in dealings with GM. Allen, Derek, Rodney, Sean, all have treated us with extreme kindness. All I can say is, thank you to each and every one of you and I wish there was a way to give you 10 stars on a 5 star scale.

Certified used

Bought a certified used truck from them a month later and under 1,000k miles used, it started having problems. The first time I brought it in they did not follow my instructions and didn?t hear what I was telling them. I had to do it again this time they heard it. It wasn?t even fixed prior to selling it to me and it was certified! I feel they have sold me a lemon!

Getting a New Chevy Traverse Was Easy

We bought through the Costco program and everyone in TC Chevy was super nice and not pressure-breathing dragons. They don't sell on commission which makes it such a stress-free process.

OIL CHANGE AND INTERIOR FIX

I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP WITH THE INTERIOR SITUATION THAT WAS PULLING AWAY FROM THE CEILING. THE GUYS ARE THERE TO HELP...NOT TO DISCOURAGE YOU. IT SEEMS AS THOUGH IF THERE IS A PROBLEM...THEY WANT TO FIND A SOLUTION...NOT GIVE EXCUSES. I LIKE THAT.
