Bought used truck
I bought a used truck from Macke Motors, love the truck got to the dealership that was 1hr 45min away mind you about 15 min early, salesman said a total of 20 words to me the whole time, he was helping another customer but didn't want to have someone else help me. Had to ask for the keys to take it for a test drive while on test drive the truck only had 60miles till empty. Once the financing was done thats whole nother story, the " " salesman stood in front of me said I have a voucher for $10 for gas. Really I just spent 27,000 dollars and your going to give out $10 in gas for me. If I hadn't look at a bunch of trucks and found this one to be the best price for the year and mileage I would have not purchased. Also when I got home realized that one of the lock covers was missing. When I contacted them about my concerns they sent a cover in the mail didn't tell me they were doing that but never said sorry for the lack of personalization of there employees nothing I will never recommend this company to anyone ever. Salesman did nothing and I still purchased the truck he was even irritated that we were early. Horrible customer service.

Terrible
No one seemed to want to help us. We are in the market for a new suv and truck, but not one person even acknowledged our presence. We looked at vehicles for 15-30 minutes completely in view of the people that work there, it was very disappointing. There are too many Chevy and Buick dealers in the area for that kind of treatment.

Where to begin....called to confirm pricing on a used SUV...
Where to begin....called to confirm pricing on a used SUV and was told vehicle was for sale and it's sale price was correct on their website and they would honor that price. Drive 6 hour roundtrip to be told that online advertised price was only if we financed at the dealer and we were not allowed to pay cash for the vehicle. None of this is stated on their website for their sales price on used cars. Incredibly deceptive. Next they pulled our credit scores and submitted our information to multiple banks without a signed credit application from me or my wife. Lastly the salesman Tony Macke told me I was too f*ING smart for my own good and to leave his dealership. All in all illegal business practices combined with deceptive pricing leads to incredibly horrific experience....STAY AWAY from this dealer.

I bought a 2013 Lexus ES 350 with 50000 miles on it, I'm happy with the car but before purchasing it I was told there were two key fobs, I paid for the car and when they went to get the other fob they could not find one. I was told they would contact the previous owner to get it as he was local, but didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks and now I've called them three times and emailed once about not getting the second fob with no reply it has now been more than three months still no reply. I like the car, the people were good to deal with but they haven't followed up about this fob I believe when I'm told there are two fobs I should receive two.
