Only reason it’s a 1 star is because it won’t let me

Only reason it’s a 1 star is because it won’t let me select 0. Talked to one of the dealers about a car they listed. Confirmed the car as listed then drove 2.5 hours one way to learn that the car was an automatic instead of a manual transmission as listed. So 5 hours round trip for nothing and all they could say was we don’t review our listings and“We can’t change it”. Get out of here Macke motors. There’s a reason you have a 2 star overall review rating.

Increased price of the used vehicle I wanted by $2,000

Increased price of the used vehicle I wanted by $2,000 overnight. I made plans to look at a sedan, kid got sick at school so changed plans for the next day. I show up and they tell me the price is $2,000 higher than what it was yesterday. I drove 1.5 hours to buy this sedan. I even offered to split the difference, $1000 off the inflated price. NOPE. Needless to say, I left heated. Do no recommend. Will not be going back, ever.

Bought used truck

I bought a used truck from Macke Motors, love the truck got to the dealership that was 1hr 45min away mind you about 15 min early, salesman said a total of 20 words to me the whole time, he was helping another customer but didn't want to have someone else help me. Had to ask for the keys to take it for a test drive while on test drive the truck only had 60miles till empty. Once the financing was done thats whole nother story, the " " salesman stood in front of me said I have a voucher for $10 for gas. Really I just spent 27,000 dollars and your going to give out $10 in gas for me. If I hadn't look at a bunch of trucks and found this one to be the best price for the year and mileage I would have not purchased. Also when I got home realized that one of the lock covers was missing. When I contacted them about my concerns they sent a cover in the mail didn't tell me they were doing that but never said sorry for the lack of personalization of there employees nothing I will never recommend this company to anyone ever. Salesman did nothing and I still purchased the truck he was even irritated that we were early. Horrible customer service.

Terrible

No one seemed to want to help us. We are in the market for a new suv and truck, but not one person even acknowledged our presence. We looked at vehicles for 15-30 minutes completely in view of the people that work there, it was very disappointing. There are too many Chevy and Buick dealers in the area for that kind of treatment.
