They have great service.

They have great service. The people in the service and sales department are easy and wonder to full to deal with If you have a problem with something, even if it was their mistake or not, they get right on it and make it right. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. I tell my friends that it’s a great place.

I went to a sales event that they were having.

I went to a sales event that they were having. This was my worst car buying experience I ever had. I stopped to see if they had any Colorado midsized trucks. They tried for over 2 hours to keep me there and buy a used full size truck for twice the price. I finally had to just excape. Every manager in the place keep stopping when ever I tried to leave. I would not buy a car from them if they were the last dealership in the state.

This place wrecked a rental I left on thier lot.

This place wrecked a rental I left on thier lot. 0 accountability. No call back from the GM. We won't be using this dealership again because of this incident. An employee likely backed a truck into the rental and drove away, shirking responsibility. The GM was useless, and didn't even call me back, even though he said he would. Due to thier cavalier attitude regarding this problem, we will NOT be taking either impala back to this dealership. I hope they are satisfied!
