The sales team is very informed and effective, though it’s service that sells a dealership. Quick Lane and dealership service representatives are friendly and keep the customer informed. Pickup as well as remote service is also great!

I did a price inquiry and was surprised that the salesman

I did a price inquiry and was surprised that the salesman was upset I asked for a discount when quoted MSRP. This was the very first push back from any dealer I have contacted. My inquiry must have hit a nerve as there were many misspelled words and incorrect usage of capitalization in his reply. I responded to his reply saying I was sorry if I had said anything that offended him. I received no reply back. But I did wish him a Merry Christmas. Just to say this is only one person at the dealership so I can't speak to more than that. Overall this dealership has a very high rating. I have contacted over 30 dealerships, this is the first angry response I have received so that this for what it is worth. For me even if I were to bit the bullet and pay MSRP I would purchase from one of the 17 other dealers that have the same exact vehicle.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Ron. We understand your desire for a discount, and we want to explain the situation regarding the pricing of the unit you inquired about. This particular model is currently in high demand, and due to market conditions and limited availability, it is being sold at MSRP or higher across the region. This is a reflection of the current market and not a decision unique to our dealership. These units also do not qualify for factory rebates. We apologize that our sales representative’s communication was not up to our usual standards. We are taking steps to address this internally to ensure all our communications are clear, professional, and courteous. We value all our potential customers, even those who don't ultimately make a purchase, and we wish you the best in finding the right vehicle for your needs.

My insurance company recommended Jack Demmer Ford to have some body work done. They were great!!! Texted me regularly to keep updated and finished my car repairs on time. Car looks wonderful and they gave it a really good cleaning inside & out. I will definitely use them again!

Our salesman jason is wonderful.

Our salesman jason is wonderful. He has always gone above and beyond for us. And made sure we got exactly the car. We want to with a payment we could afford. No matter how many questions he would sit there and answer him all. And make sure we were satisfied with the decision that was made. Rob and finance. Made everything so easy. No pressure. This is our third vehicle from Jack Demmer with Jason. And we've always been very satisfied.
