I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing

I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing service on my car! My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months. I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Marc, my tech, was awesome—quick, efficient, and professional. And a big shoutout to Dave the write-up guy too—can’t leave him out! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this team. I’ll always buy my cars from Westborn knowing they’ve got my back if anything goes wrong. Thanks again!

The sales person was nice and helpful one of the managers

The sales person was nice and helpful one of the managers Jeff I don’t know his last name worked it out to where I would have a monthly payment over a term with the down payment. Everything was set agreed to the price came back the next day ready to sign papers they raise the price on me $100 saying that I made the mistake. I asked them to review the cameras in his office they would not review it so I can prove them wrong. My son was with me he even said That he seen the original payment that I came back to the dealership to send papers for . I read reviews on this dealer before and they were not good. I don’t know what made me go to the dealer to try to a vehicle. They are not honest people they will lie to you tell you because of Covid because of this because of that and it’s just I would not recommend us to any new buyer or Ali participant you will have better luck somewhere else believe me

Advertise everyone approved but not true.

Advertise everyone approved but not true. They try and dump high mileage or slow selling vehicles on consumers. Rude salesmen. What dealership doesn’t allow test drives? Well they do but only if you’re White.

I called over a dozen times, left voice messages as well. Obviously you’re not interested in responding or resolving the issue and your post was just for prospective customers to think that you had an interest in solving what’s obviously an internal issue

Service

I was happy with with the service overall. Tim returned my calls when I left a message. They replaced power steering pump, valve cover, and left front caliper. The only thing I was not happy with was I told them the car was pulling to the left. I was told it was because of the caliper. I asked them to check the front alignment. They did not and the car is still pulling to the left.

Don’t buy anything from them!!

This dealership is a rip off, they will sale you a lemon!! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I bought a car from them and less then 6 months later the engine went out! They then tried to say it was my fault and wanted $1100 to break the engine down!! They have had my car for 4 months now and will not answer my calls!! DO Not Buy anything from them you will be disappointed and stuck paying for a car that is not running 🤬😤😡🤯
