I had an all around great experience purchasing my Traverse from Feldman Chevrolet. From the minute my family and I arrived we had excellent service from Jacob Walls and Eric Harrison. We will be buying our cars from Feldman Chevrolet in the future.

As I mentioned in my earlier comments, the kindness and patience shown by serviceman Brian, was especially appreciated. Being of a particular age and moving a tad bit slower, can be challenging. But his calmness and patience actually in waiting on me eased my anxiety.

Jacob was phenomenal to work with, very sweet and made

Jacob was phenomenal to work with, very sweet and made every effort to get the sale. The dealership however, really should ensure every vehicle has two keys. If a key is missing, replace it. That should be standard practice in selling a vehi le at all times. Never have i ever purchased a used vehicle without a spare key. Nor would I again without some reasonable accommodation for it. Everyone worked with us quite well on everything else, which did leave us happy in the end.

Jacob Walls is the best guy to ever do it! How did this place operate before him? I’m waiting to wake up from this dream, because he’s making the whole process seamless! My new Chevy Malibu has me feeling fresher than the local deli aisle!!
