Trying to get replacement wheel locks for my 2015 Edge.

Trying to get replacement wheel locks for my 2015 Edge. I've been told by 2 different Ford reps that the dealer should be helping me get these. I was told without the registration card, they can't be sure to send me the correct wheel locks and it would be trial and error. I was not given a registration card with the purchase. The dealer is telling me to go a parts store and buy some new ones - which would mean I would have to have the existing ones broken off. So, no help. Very disappointed and will not be using this dealer again.

Blackwell is always good for service and my salesman was

Blackwell is always good for service and my salesman was excellent. I love my new SUV and the rebates were great.

I received such prompt excellent service.

I received such prompt excellent service. It started with an offer to have someone come pick up my car from my driveway. I was informed throughout the day about the findings on my vehicle and told what to expect and when my vehicle was done, it was returned to my driveway, washed and beautiful.

Christine L was a pleasure to work with!

Christine L was a pleasure to work with! She made the buying process very easy. The dealership was great, the only thing I think they could improve on is in their financing department being clear on available options for warranty. After getting back home and shopping around we found other Ford dealers with much lower warranty prices for the same plan, and after calling regarding the plan I had purchased they bumped down the cost of it by about $800- which is significant. Just one thing to be aware of, otherwise an overall great experience and Chris was great!

I was in the market for a midsized pickup truck, and

I was in the market for a midsized pickup truck, and shopped several brands--Nissan, Chevrolet/GMC and Ford. As a GM retiree, I wanted to give them the first shot. Sadly, it came down to the competitive trucks as my choices. I landed on the Ford Ranger as my final choice. I shopped two other Ford dealers before landing at Blackwell. I was fortunate to get Cary Crouch when I called. Cary was terrific to work with, and he quickly met my purchase needs. In fact, everyone at Blackwell were great (including Derek in finance) and the store itself is one of the nicest Ford dealerships in the area. I highly recommend Blackwell Ford and Cary Crouch for vehicle purchases.
