Excellent

From Jennifer at the internet desk to David Perez and Mike and Dave Liverance completing the sale, (even though I think he and Jeff Baker were a little nervous doing an all cash sale) the entire staff was a delight to work with. The truck I got from you folks seems to be an excellent piece of equipment. I'm looking forward to many years driving enjoyment with it. thanks again to all of you at Bill Cowell Ford!

Bill Colwell Ford, Hudson, Iowa

We rely on sales person Mike Boleyn, but feel we have the whole dealership wanting to serve us. Our past experiences with all departments keep us as a loyal customer. We see the same people taking care of us and we like that predictability.

I like my dealer but Ford dropped the ball!

First, let me state that my dealer saved a potentially disastrous experience with my map update procurement and update. I am not at all pleased with my experience to self install a map upgrade on my 2017 Ford Expedition, when I attempted to install my map upgrade myself. First my Sync3 vs3 upgrade never happened. The system hung and would not respond (30 minutes). Phone calls to your help line were useless. The initial call was routed to someone else and rolled to voicemail. No one ever responded to my call. Thus I couldn't attempt to install the map upgrade. Now, my Ford dealer (Bill Colwell Ford) stepped in with an appointment the next day. Upgraded Sync and then used my map update (supplied on a thumb drive) to upgrade my software. Stepped in and performed exceptionally well! Very please. I think paid $100-ish for the service, a fair price. I believe I have upgraded software on hardware devises other than computers for 30 years. Ford is by far the worst at this in my opinion. You better get this right or price the upgrade with a dealer install. You Pick! Again, I want to reiterate that Bill Colwell Ford saved Ford's bacon on this transaction. Service above and beyond the call of duty for something that should be routine. -- kris einsweiler

Went for a SUV, got a car!

Very pleased with Mike's expertise and help with the purchase of our Ford Taurus. Nice to be able to deal with someone who really knew cars in general and is good at his job. Thanks for staying after close on a Saturday night and answering our numerous questions and phone calls!

2013 Ford F150

I have had a good experience with Bill Colwell Ford for the last two trucks that I have purchased from them. I feel like they are willing to go the extra mile to help with people's situations. They have always been willing to get me any information about the vehicle that is wanted. The whole car shopping process is very simple at Bill Colwell.

Above and beyond

After purchasing my vehicle from here I have always brought it back to be serviced and started bringing my other vehicles here also. This shop/dealership is 45 minutes out of my way but worth the drive. I am capable and willing to do my own work on my vehicles but to avoid warranty conflict I choose to have a dealership take care of it. After several unsatisfactory dealings with the my local Ford dealerships I decided to give Bill Colwell a shot. Bill and his team from sales, repairs, and his Quick Lanes teams have not let me down. The Quick Lanes team hands down went above and beyond my expectations with my recent service. The customer service you get here is what you expect but is almost unheard of anymore. You truly feel like you are their priority and they valve you as a customer.

Awesome service

Purchased a new explorer then 10k miles later had an issue with it (cv shaft), they were able to find it and fix it.
