I've purchased two cars in the last couple of years from Pritchard's and the buying experience is comfortable, fair and professional. A tremendously friendly dealership and an experience you won't easily find anywhere else, particularly in Ithaca with the other high hype dealerships. While some local automotive dealers claim to be "family", Pritchards is the real deal. They have been providing outstanding service and excellent value since before any of us were born. My vehicle was in dire need of an oil pan and Pritchard's replaced it as quoted. Their timing was as stated. I also had the spark plugs replaced, which is not an easy task on my vehicle. With numerous troubles encountered during the replacement, the Mechanic still got the job done on time. These people have always been upfront about the work they do, and let you know about possible issues,so you don't get any surprises.

All the personnel of Pritchard Automotive are courteous and knowledgeable. I purchased a Saturn 2001 as a second owner and it runs and looks like new. The entire operation is well cared for with a satisfied customer in mind.

My first experience with Pritchard's was when I purchased my vehicle from them in 2007. That experience was great and helped turned me and my wife into a loyal customers of theirs. From that point on, both of our vehicles have gone to Pritchard's for repair work. They have gotten us in for same-day repairs multiple times. Just today I received a phone call from them reminding me that my inspection was coming up at the end of the month (I had forgotten). Making the appointment was as easy as answering "when is convenient for you?". Nothing but nice, friendly, knowledgeable people working there.

Excellent service at Pritchards. The people in the shop always take good care of me. The repairs are necessary and done right, the first time. Mr Pritchard follows up with a call to us after the service is done the ensure we are satisfied. No complaints.
