Own a Honda and a Subaru. Other places couldn't find and diagnose problems I described for each car but Pritchard's figured both out and made the repairs. Kept us apprised of findings and what needed to be done. Both cars run great now. Super service and people.

I have been very pleased with the work and attitude of the Pritchard service staff. I had a timing belt replacement done on a Hyundai Elantra, an oxygen sensor on a Toyota Sienna, and a couple of oil changes.

Went to 4 other shops in town and they couldn't figure out the problem and told me to go to the dealership. Took it to the dealership and they misdiagnosed the problem. Pritchard's found the problem and fixed it, and got me back on the road as quick as possible. Would recommend them to anyone!

Have done business with Pritchard Auto for 3 years. Found other dealers/repair shops could not compare to the friendliness of the staff and the professional atmosphere. As for the quality of the service work itself--I have never had to take the vehicle back for any reason. Nothing but praise for the efforts of Pritchard to provide exceptional service for their customers.

I have bought cars, used the body shop, had repairs and tune ups done here for years. Most recent visit was a bad wheel bearing. I called at 7:30, was in the shop by 8:30 and out the door by 10:30. That is great service.

We had excellent service and repairs for our cars for over 30 years from the Pritchard family. They have been nothing but the best for decades.

The Service Department was amazing. I purchased my vehicle a month and a half ago and I took it in for an oil change and told them that I was hearing a funny noise with the rotors and they took care of me with no cost to me except for the oil change. That was amazing and the Service representatives had great personalities.
