Excellent service, Always courteous staff.I have never had a mechanical problem that wasn’t repaired correctly. We have bought several cars from Maguire and have always been very happy with the dealership

Truck in multiple times for the same issue. (Service...

Truck in multiple times for the same issue. (Service Charging System). They did their absolute best, replaced both alternators, performed troubleshooting and finally found a broken wire by the oil pan. Issue fixed and only cost me $100.00 for my extended warranty. They also gave me a free oil change for my inconvenience. Great company. Have purchased 5 vehicles from them.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Maguire Ford. Questions/emails were answered quickly with kindness and knowledge. Face to face interactions were held safely and respectfully under Covid conditions. I walked away from Maguire feeling respected and appreciated.

Overcharge for everything, typical rip-off dealership....

Overcharge for everything, typical rip-off dealership. That being said, all staff members with whom I interacted were honest/helpful/kind. Do not get your car fixed here, but if you need a diagnostic and are willing to pay $150 for it, they’ll tell you exactly what you need and do so quickly. And then they’ll charge you at least double what an average repair shop would for the repairs.

New facility is very nice, service department knowledgeable, friendly and comunitive. Service internet scheduling is spotty loaner vehicles sometimes available. Service pricing is fair and accurate.

Jasmine thank you for not making me feel like I'm the thug I am. I know I'm different but for all the ladies not to choose to be judgemental I thank ya. I don't know what Phil or Tim did different or where they found all u ladies but thank you again, my business will be back. But if I see them other flucks then I'm out no more maguire.
