Dropped my car off for a Friday appointment, didn’t have...

Dropped my car off for a Friday appointment, didn’t have call back, I called for an update. I was told it was in the shop at the end of the day. On the second day I called no one answered the phone. On the third day (Monday) I called in the afternoon for an update, I was told they were stopping diagnosis on my car to work on other cars so it was taking longer than expected. On the fourth day (Tuesday) I called in the morning to ask if they had finished diagnosis, I was told they would that morning. No one answered the phone that afternoon. On day five (Wednesday) I called for an update, I was told the car was not fixable. That they had spent 7 hours diagnosis time to figure it out, but they were only charging me 2 hours. This was a frustrating experience, the lack of interest in diagnosing my car and the nonexistent updates left me wondering if they even planned on getting to my car. I will not return to this dealer for service again, nor will I recommend anyone else go there.

Grade A service and professionalism. My rear door was freezing. The team at Maguire Ford saw that it was repaired for me. I appreciate that the dealership is up to industry standards and kept clean.

3 hours to listen to a sound & check my windshield...

3 hours to listen to a sound & check my windshield wipers... did not find anything i said. So either they didnt want to do their jobs!!!! Or they were being lazy. Soon as i got in the car the popping and cracking from stereo was back. If you leave my windshield wipers on for more than a second youd see that even though there are 3 speeds.. they all go to the first one after a few seconds.

Leased a Ford Explorer and couldn’t part with it. The vehicle is exceptional and with the cold weather package I discovered features I didn’t know I wanted before! The salesperson was terrific and made the transaction very easy considering this was during a pandemic. They definitely had my safety and the safety of others in mind. Thank you for leading by example and exceeding my expectations.

Great experience! Worked hard to get me where I needed to be with a payment. Great sales team! My credit has been slightly compromised due to Covid. They still made it work!

The shift linkage was not working on my 2010 Ford Focus....

The shift linkage was not working on my 2010 Ford Focus. I was expecting quite a bill for service, and perhaps a delay in case parts were needed. They got me in in the morning, removed an obstruction that had fallen into the linkage. I felt the half hour minimum fee was fair and reasonable, considering the cost of generating the work orders and invoice.
